Now, I'm a tested and approved chemical laboratory assistant. The IHK was in charge of the exam, streching us to the limit :)
The theory test was split in Social studies and the chemical part with chromatography, organic chemistry and methods engineering. The practical test took two days - one day with 8 h und one with 4 h.
The 8 h test was a reaction of toluidine to 4-chlorotoluene (diazotisation & sandmeyer reaction) with purfication (steam & vacuum distillation).
The 4 h test was automatic titration of organic acid with the MetrOhm Titrino (programming a method, analysis, evaluation and report).
Though there were some blackouts sometimes all specimen have passed and after the announcement we all started to work as a "normal" worker.

It's kinda weird if you take so much responsibility at a blow. First everyone wrapped you in cotton wool and the following day your thrown in cold water ;)
AND it's weird if every who approached you with your first name now uses your family name o.o I mean...I'm not a different person now because I got a little sheet of paper with an examination result.
Never mind.
Of course beeing fully trained has some positive aspects ;) But bills lessen the pleasure very much ^.^
Starting work at 6:45 and working till 15:50. Not that bad, if there weren't 1,5 h trip to work and 1,5 h back home...

Ans yeah i felt like uploading some very old charpix (i guess all of them made by the wonderful  josepaw ! Mind the date beyond them ;) )
