• • COMMISSIONS: • •

1) The commissioner will write to me in a note everything they would like. Complete with references, and anything else you desire specifically. Theme, pose, etc. There is NO SUCH THING as *too much* information for your commission. Please be specific.
2) I will not make massive changes for free once I have started. It is your responsibility to tell me what you want. Major changes will inquire a fee UNLESS it is something that I personally messed up on or misunderstood (Only in cases where you’ve stated very clearly what you want and I missed it, etc).
3) In most cases, I will send you Work In Progress (WIP) pictures. I usually start with one for the pose, very crudely made. Then another sketch to get details ironed out, then lines.
4) Screenshots (IMVU, SL, ESO) will draw an extra surcharge for usage as a reference. These are not easy for me to use, and I generally very much dislike using them. However, I will still use them just for an extra fee. On cheap things like $3 YCHs it will be a 50% fee. on larger works, perhaps only $5-10. You will have to inquire.
5) I will contact you with updates when available, and you are more than welcome to ask me about your commission but please do not start messaging me multiple times a day, etc.
6)Things and Fetishes I will absolutely not draw:

Watersports
Cub (in any sexual manner. Non-sexualized cubs may be OK)
Non-Oral Vore (I already don't get vore.. but really, consuming things up your ass? come on now.)
Obesity (There is a SERIOUS difference between chubby and obese. Please learn it. I will draw chubby, I will not draw obese.)

8) I do not work well under deadlines! I will of course try to get everything out in a reasonable amount of time, but I always want to produce my BEST work, and giving me a set deadline may not render the best results. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE BEFORE A CERTAIN DAY, YOU NEED TO TELL ME WHEN YOU ORDER!!! Not later down the line

• • Refunds: • •

In circumstances like small cheap YCHs, refunds may not be given.

Refunds *will* be given to people for larger projects **IF** necessary. Necessary circumstances include...

1) Me deciding I am no longer comfortable with completing the art for one reason or another.
2) Me deciding I cannot take on more commissions at the current moment.
3) I am for some reason unable to finish your piece.

Refunds will be given accordingly with work done. For example, If I have finished the lines or sketch only a partial refund will be given.

• • Blacklist • •

I will be having a list of people I will not accept commissions from. There are multiple reasons I may blacklist you...

1) You lying to me about your age in an attempt to get a NSFW or fetish commission from me while you are under age.
2) You filing a charge back against me. Seriously, I will give you a refund if it is necessary, I am a very reasonable person. But I will not refund just because you decide to change your mind when I am in the middle of your work. Trying to yank a charge back off me and locking me out of using my paypal will get you immediately blacklisted for life.
3) Filing an artist beware against me. I will be more than happy to cooperate with you, work to get things resolved and make sure you are more than happy with your commission. After all, I am not happy if you aren't. I want you to love your purchase. There should never be a reason for you to do this. And if you believe there is. I would prefer you speak to me first.
4) You harassed me throughout the commission process on your last piece.

• • ART TRADES: • •

1) Most of my standard TOS rules apply
2) Trades will be quality for quality in most cases Art trades are fun! But No one wants to feel like they've been jipped. If you want a full body picture, I will require one in return! And I will produce the same for you :)
3) I reserve the right to turn down any art trades. There are many reasons I may turn down a trade. It could be because I do not enjoy your art style, I do not feel like I could successfully produce what you are asking for, or I do not enjoy your work ethic. If I know I will be waiting 3 months to see anything from you and I have yours done within two days, I probably won't be excited about it.
4) Keep it fun! Most of the time I accept art trades, regardless of my art trade partners skill level. I want to encourage everyone to improve and better their art and keep moving along. So let's keep it all fun and chill, okay? :)

2) Do not complain that your freebie is not of the quality you wanted. With any free art, there is usually someone to complain. I know you might not think that it is fair that I drew the person before you a lined full body, and then drew you a headshot sketch, but that is how it goes in the world of free. If you want something better, you can always commission me.
3) Will not make any significant changes to a freebie.
4) All freebies will be done via special art streams, FREENUTMILK or special posts. You are NOT allowed to make requests otherwise.
