2 years ago !!WARNING: When commissioning or trading with me, I'm going to assume that you've already read and accepted this TOS. Refusing to read my T.O.S is unacceptable and you will be denied your commission/trade and sent to this journal Please check out my BLACKLIST/BANLIST before commissioning! As an artist I am NOT obligated to take your commission/trade on, I can refuse any commission/trade if it makes me uncomfortable or ect. I reserve the right that I do NOT have to disclose any information as to why I refuse your commission/trade.♥ I retain the right to all copyright of my work, even if my customers character is in it. That means nobody is allowed to trace, copy, steal the artwork. The customer does not have any right to remove my watermark from any of the art I've done.♥ My customers are allowed to post/upload any artwork I've done for them to a personal/public page WITH proper credits. Again, they do not have ANY rights removing my watermark♥ I'm not obligated to post all my arts for public viewing. Not saying I won't, but I shouldn't be expected to♥ I'm not obligated to automatically produce W.I.Ps if not asked. If requested by the commissioner, I will do! (Refs, sketches, ect)♥ The commissioner has the right to crop/resize image to fit with banners, ect. My artwork is for PERSONAL purposes only! You must mention if you want to use my artwork for merchandize. Please do not complain, request changes publicly, please make sure you are respectful and note/dm me with any concerns, questions or requests. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY It is your responsibility to read this T.O.S, you may ask any misunderstood questions regarding any of this. But you must do so BEFORE attempting to commission/trade me♥ When commissioning, please be clear! That way there's no miscommunications or misunderstandings. ADOPTABLE/DESIGNS Do not sell adoptable/design that I have created for more than you paid, unless it has additional artworks & items. All adopts/designs are first come first serve. I will do holds♥ Any adoptable/design may be changed AFTER purchase. Not following my T.O.S can cause a revoking of the adoptable/design and a refund, you can also be blacklisted♥ PAYMENT Payment is due before work is started. I accept: Cash App, Paypal & Linden (L$) All payments must be sent as "Services" Once I confirm your commission, you'll be sent an invoice. If I do not receive payment within 5 days, it will be considered cancelled. REFUNDS I do not have a deadline and cannot commit to one as I have mental issues♥ No refund after work has begun, commissions are to be completed. Refunds for adoptables/designs are given if I feel like I need to revoke the chara. If no work has been started after 3 weeks, and no updates you may request a refund.
