Listed below are the guidelines and terms of service (TOS) as they apply to the adoptable characters I will be offering on this account. Please read them carefully and let me know if you have any questions!

ADOPTION GUIDELINES
1. All prices are set and shall not change.
2. First comment, first serve!
3. Multiple adopts can be bought all at once - even from the same sheet!
4. Custom characters are sometimes available. Just send a note to inquire. ( ^ w ^)

TERMS OF SERVICE
1. All payment will be conducted through PayPal.
2. Final price will include a teeny additional fee (usually in cents) to cover what PayPal takes with each transaction.
3. Once purchased, the adoptable is 100% owned by the buyer. It can be edited, resold if not used, or gifted.
4. Adopts should not be resold for more than their original price. I will accept returns for full price IF financially possible on my part.
5. Do not claim the artwork as your own! Remember to credit the artist when applicable by adding : icon Jillamy : without the spaces.
6. I observe the right to post the artwork within my gallery - credit will be given to the owner.
