This group is for current and former Virginia Tech students, and anyone in the surrounding area. We're not just for students; if you're a furry in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Roanoke, or anywhere else nearby, this is the place for you!
We were previously known as Blacksburgfurs until the page became inaccessible.
We try our best to make everyone feel at home, regardless of gender, race, sexuality, age, gender identity, or origin.
Meetings are currently through our discord server. We love seeing new faces at our meets!

Resurrecting this page! (Again)

Hello!
This is Anglo, new Historian/Jr. Officer for SoAP who's been charged partly with managing the socials of the club!
Hopefully I'll be able to live up to that expectation, but it's definitely worth a shot!
Anywho, some important information:
Currently, we are doing completely virtual meetings and events, minus a few in-person events.
As of writing this, there is no indication of when or where in-person meetings can resume, but I'll keep y'all posted on that.
Current officers and jr. officers are posted on the site banner, and I'll be working towards making sure everything there is up to date and visually appealing.
As for how cons will be working out this year, no one knows quite yet, but I'll also keep y'all updated if something interesting comes up in that regard.
I am still going through planning for how I would like to manage and handle the socials, so posts and updates are likely to be sporadic until I find what works best.
I'll likely be asking the artists of the club if they'd like their art posted here, so hopefully I'll have some content to push here.
That is all I can think of currently, but I will edit this or make a new post if necessary!
