My patience with PSN support has finally been tested...

As of this reply; PSN has a sign-in fail rate in the 70%'s: http://downdetector.com/status/playstation-network
And I've been without access to PSN for about a month now and I'm locked out of any means to fix this outside of getting a new PS4 or Pro. But even if I did, I highly doubt it would fix the problem...
Of course, PSN services tried to deflect the problem onto us by saying it's our routers, which is utter BS; you trying to tell me that nearly 70% of your user base ALL have bad routers? Classy PSN...real fucking classy...
With an issue this large, I expect game mag's like Game Informer to be covering this debacle in their March or April 2017 issues...
