* part of the reason BB is huge is because he works out so much, but he originally got those muscles because he cast a spell that he thought would fix his rapidly-failing eyesight but gave him super strength instead. Uh, whoops?

*when an angel-based toon/inkblot, especially a rubberhose one, gets mutated by the red ink, they look pretty much the same way the did before, but gain an inhuman-looking secondary form.

*as for how fast red ink infects a body: with humans it’s VERY fast; the transformation usually initializes within 90 seconds or less (Mutant!Sammy’s 2-stage transformation is unusual, but then again he was already an ink creature when the infection took place.) It seems to be random with “full-blooded” toons; in Bendy’s case, the mutations took place over several months, culminating with his “growth spurt” when he was locked inside the quarantined studio, which also gave him his “chicken foot” and longer, thinner horns.

*Alice was Bendy’s lover before he got locked in the quarantined studio and subsequently turned evil.

*BB is EXTREMELY short-sighted and needs powerful glasses (or contact lenses) in order to read, or see like more than 10 feet in front of him. Fully unlocking his demon powers slowly destroyed his sight.

*Mutant!Sammy is slowly but surely transforming into a demon; specifically, Flauros (who is described in the Ars Goetia as having power over fire, but it turns out this was an attempt to describe ball lightning generated by the shoulder crystals.) When he discovers this, he is NOT pleased.

*if you’re wondering about what BB's voice sounds like, it’s Bendy’s normal voice layered over a much deeper one. That’s right: that huge, beefy muscleman with mastery over dark magic who tears humans apart and drinks their blood has a high-pitched Mickey Mouse voice. It’s totally absurd, and that’s what makes it so funny.
