Any of my original characters that are posted here are free to use. No permission necessary.
Change their colors around, give them new clothes, alter their personality, gender, name, create your own head-canon, monetize them, draw them with a fat wagon of a dump truck behind, I don't care. They're like adoptables with no rules and no payment.
Credit would be nice but is entirely optional.
