Animated Commissions Open
Hey, folks!
Soooo, I wanna test the waters and see how this goes, and if it can be a viable thing or not. My most popular submissions have always been the vore related animations I do with 3DS Max. And I figure since so many people enjoy them, maybe opening commissions would be a possible avenue. But of course, the trick here is that animations with Max require preexisting character models. And not every character one would wanna see in these sorts of things would be available.
Therefore, to make things easier, I've written this up:
HOW TO COMMISSION
For those who'd like to commission an animation from me, before messaging me, I would advise you to check this gallery:
https://www.deviantart.com/xnalara-.....mized/gallery/
Or in DA, to go to search and type up "XNALara" or "XPS" followed by whichever character you have interest in. So for example, if I wanted to do a project with Killer Croc, or a specific version of him, I'd type up, "XNALara Arkham Origins Killer Croc." Or "XPS Arkham Origins Killer Croc." The gallery makes it easier because most folks who upload XPS / XNA models do so and add them to the listing. Not everyone, but MOST.
Once you've confirmed that the model is available, send me a note of what sort of animation you'd want with which characters. Basically, like an art commission, tell me what sort of things you want to happen, and if there's any specific moments you'd like included. You can be very specific or broad, so long as I know the start, middle and end of the animation. What I'd much rather not receive is messages just asking, "Hey, can you do a commission for me?" "Hey, is so-and-so available for an animation?" My notes are flooded as is, and a lot of notes I receive tend to be on the 'excess chaff' side. So please, if you note me, please have links to your desired characters already available, and a description of what you'd like.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ORIGINAL CHARACTER MODELS
If for the sake of argument, the character you want me to use is actually one of your own original design that you made yourself, then so long the character model is both fully rigged and accessible to 3DS Max (2019 at latest) then I have no issue whatsoever using 'em. :)
BLENDER MODELS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MAX WITHOUT CONVERSION HOWEVER. So please be mindful of that.
WHAT I WON'T ANIMATE
I didn't bother listing what I WILL animate because the list is fairly broad and if you know my page then by now, you can guess most of what I'm okay with. Here are some things I won't animate though:
- Hard Vore
- Non-Oral Vore (Absorption is okay for models like Clayface)
- Anything sexually explicit
- Farting
- Inflation
- Anything regarding paws / feet
- Elongated Fight Scenes
- Anything that's just generally gross
If you're uncertain, you can message me and ask if something is okay or not, and I'll happily let you know. :P
PRICING
Everything is set on a PER MINUTE BASIS as everything from animation to editing and audio mixing is very time consuming. See in contrast to a lot of vore animations you might see online, I have a lot of my own SFX and audio cues that I've amassed and downloaded over the years as opposed to a lot of the stock audio you may hear a lot of the time. On top of that, I also always play with pitch and reverb. For example, if characters are in a building, all audio will have slight reverb to account for the slight echo one would hear in a building. And if additional rigging is required to, perhaps, give a character a bigger belly or one that jostles, that's also a bit time consuming and will be reflected on in payment.
So do keep all of this mind. Certain elements can be omitted. I charge based on the amount of work and time that goes into anything at a rate I hope is reasonable for anyone interested but also a fair compensation for time.
Base Animation - $65 Per Minute of Animation
Sound Mixing - $25 Per Minute of Audio
Additional Rigging - $20 (Realistically, the only extra bone people ever ask to be included is one that allows a character to have a bigger belly. :P)
Extra Lip Sync - $15 (I'm okay with including lines of dialogue (provided you have clean audio clips for me to use) but lip syncing is very time consuming and if a character is going to talk a lot, I will have to charge more for it. Off screen dialogue or one or two lines / a few really short few word bits of dialogue won't count as extra lip sync. Nor will burps. :P)
If you want an animation with just the visual and would rather do the sound mixing yourself and save a few bucks, that's acceptable. But as both are very time consuming, I have to charge for both to make the time worthwhile.
I take payment through PayPal only. And will only accept work AFTER confirming payment. I've been burned a few times by people who have commissioned me and never gotten back to me after the work has been done. So to play it safe, I will only begin working on something after I've been paid.
GENERAL CONDUCT
Just as a general rule, please note that while I'm a very patient and easy going fella, and almost never refuse a commission, I do reserve the right to never work with any given person. So, before commissioning me, please bare in mind that commissions aren't completed overnight, ESPECIALLY animated commissions. My friends can attest that I am a VERY busy person in real life, on top of animation just being a very time consuming process.
So if you commission me, PLEASE do not repeatedly message me asking if a commission is done or when I think I'll be done. I need access to the notes for reference and that becomes harder when my inbox is flooded with repeated messages of "is it done yet?" Asking me repeatedly isn't going to make something release any faster, and reminding me is unnecessary because for as busy as I am, I've never forgotten to work on any commissions when I've already been paid.
I'm not Dory. XD
So just please keep all of that in mind for a smooth and easy process. And with that said, let's jump into it! :)
