My rules.
-If a commission request is established these terms are thus agreed upon.
-Half Payment upfront, 2nd half after the first sketch is shown/agreed upon.
-References and ample communication are highly recommended to assist in an outcome you will like.
-Either of us can cancel a commission request at any time, but refunds will be determined upon work completed. If I have already shown the first sketch but have not worked on a final project then only half the funds will be returned. If the first sketch has not been reached then a full refund can be sent.
-Please don't try to ask for a full refund upon received of the first sketch, at that point your refund of the first half will not be awarded.
-Payments are to be given through Paypal.
-Pricing will vary depending on the complexity of the image. Extra detailed characters will cost more. Nsfw vs Sfw costs more, etc.
-Please be kind and patient. I have the right to drop at any time for any reason. As well as decline any commission request for any reason.
-Understand I will only draw the way I draw. I do not copy others' styles.
-Only .jpg or .png will be given.

-The art I produce is mine. I reserve the right to place it in my galleries or to share it as examples. Others can not use the images I produce for commercial use unless already agreed upon. Nor should they resale in any form. And never claim you drew them. (Yes this goes for sketches too.)
-Should this be broken, I have the right to issue a take-down order.
-I have the right to change my terms of service at any time and without notice.
-The character/s is/are your own, I do not claim them. Feel free to share the work, just make sure you credit me as the artist.

Hate Crimes (Offensive to others, race, gender, overall being. If it's meant to hurt/anger someone... no)
