Awright, now that that's done and over with, let me introduce myself! As the username suggest, my name's Diamond Dragon, or Diamond for short. I've been a fur since late 2006, lurking about looking at porn, rp's, nice chats and other things of the like!
I started getting more active into the community when I decided it was time for the next step, going to a furry Convention, Confuzzled 2010.

I haven't regretted it.

In the past couple of years I've been to 15 conventions, Confuzzleds 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014,2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, Scotiacon 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 with future plans for CFz2020 and Scotiacon 2019. I'm also the host for furmeets in Edinburgh, the one closest to my current home, while I've also been further across the country to visit friends or just enjoy a day out with fursuiters!

I'm also the proud owner of one of the relatively few chain-mail and scale-mail tails currently in existence, made by  DracoLoricatus which I've proudly (and a little smugly) worn to CFz 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and Scotiacon 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. I've also started to do a little bit of chainmailing myself as well, currently at rather low skill level, but working towards the more difficult and larger projects as my skills improve and I collect a greater selection of ring types, colors and sizes. If you wish to ask me for a particular item of chain-mail, even if it's not in my gallery, please do put it forward! I'm actively looking to challenge myself with new projects, and I'm happy to offer discounts if you can point me to a particular weave I haven't tried yet that seems like something I could tackle at that particular time.

Naturally, having been to such a number of larger scale events, I've made a good number of friends in all sorts of places, and I'm recognized by people whose names I don't even remember. For example, during registration this year I put my country down as UK (since my current address is here) and the member of staff behind the counter asked me if that was correct because they remembered me being dutch beforehand. And not just one member, two, once per e-mail and once in person at the desk!

I'm generally a nice and friendly person! Feel free to approach me with any questions you may have, I don't bite! In fact, I welcome new contacts, fresh ideas and new perspectives. Any comments, suggestions and such are greatly appreciated, though please do try to make sure there's content to them. Even if you just want to talk, don't be the shy person I am, and just flip a message my way. If it's not too creepy, I'll respond.

Even though I'm very open about people getting in touch with me, there is one request I make of people that add me to Skype: Please, for the love of [insert your deity], tell me where you know me from. I like to keep things organised, and it tells me what to expect.

As I suggested before, I'm dutch in origin, born and raised in the Netherlands. I currently live quite happily in Scotland, solitarily in a nicely situated house, exactly the way I want to! Got a nice well-paying job, good internet connection with pay left over to do stuff with like going to conventions or buying fun stuff and comms.
