(A TOS that will most definitely update as I learn and grow. Please don't be the someone who screws me over and causes me to make this more strict)

Required materials/conditions for Commissions and YCHs:
- Must have adequate ref sheet and/or enough example art
- Communication can be done via FurAffinity, Twitter/X, Toyhouse, Telegram, or even Email, though some methods may be slower for communication
- Payment is upfront and done through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App
- You must be an adult (18 ) to order any kind of art
- If you are a child and want to purchase art, you must have a parent/guardian go through the process for you
- Any other socials (e.g. Toyhouse, Twitter/X, or Instagram) that I may use to tag you in

Things I'm open to drawing:
- SFW characters/scenes/scenarios
- short animations/gifs
- Paws/Maws/Bellies/Tails - or any adjacent appreciation art
- Micro/Macro
- Diverse bodies (Realistic or Exaggerated proportions)
- Spicy/suggestive content
- Biting/marking
- Soft vore
- Stylized/non-humanlike genitals (as long as it does not encroach into feral territory)

Things I will NOT draw:
- anything promoting hateful/discriminatory beliefs/stereotypes/ideals
- NSFW art that contains children/minors, child-like, or feral characters
- Cruelty/Abuse/Sadistic themes
- Kinks/fetishes generally considered morally wrong

Ask first about:
- Obscure kinks/fetishes
- Art that will go on to be used for profit/commercial use
- Blood/gore

These lists are not absolute; there may be things that I may not be comfortable with drawing even if it technically fits under "Things I'm open to draw". These are generalizations; You are always allowed to ask just as I am always allowed to say no.

Transparency, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- You are allowed to request to see progress pics whenever you want
- You are allowed to cancel a commission at any point without needing to provide justifications. (I may still ask questions so that I can make improvements for my future clients. If you do not wish to share, I will not push for an answer)
- A full refund is allowed up until the point that you confirm the initial sketches; if I am unable to draw the idea you have, no point for me to waste your time and money on it.
- You are unable to get a full refund once I have actually begun working on your art. At the point of a cancellation I will provide you with the art I was able to finish and refund you proportionally to the work I had yet to complete (e.g. If I still had half the work to do, you get a 50% refund)
- I am allowed to cancel a commission at any point if something comes up in my life, or a client is purposefully causing me duress.
