This is my Terms of Service for receiving art from me:

General:
Always credit my art to this Furaffinity account!

I will not draw NSFW art, feral fetish art, fetish art with children, or fetish art of real unconsenting people

I won’t and can’t draw humans

When doing art please don't rush me (you may ask me for progress).

Do not use any of my art for commercial use (unless you specifically commission me for it or ask me first), you may use it for personal use though

Do not trace, heavy reference or steal my art

I will post your comms on my social media, if you want it to stay private please tell me before hand

If you charge back money (PayPal) you use to buy my commissions with, I will blacklist you and file a dispute

Do not ask me to make you an ableist, racist, homophobic, etc art for you


Commissions:
You need to be 18 to commission me, if I find out you are otherwise you will be blacklisted

I can deny a commission for any reason, can negotiate

I can cease work on an artpiece after accepting if I find myself unable to complete it, will refund and hand over unfinished artwork if the art is completed enough to be presentable

You must pay after I send you a sketch or colored artwork (around the halfway point of completion), I will not refund you if you cancel a commission when it is almost done.

I will show you sketch stage, coloring stage and finished stage of drawing

Please be patient with me, I have inconsistent motivation to draw fetish art


Free art:
If I say I will do free art for you, I am not obligated to do it

Do not beg me for free art

You cannot use it AT ALL for commercial use, it is free art
