For inking a picture it'll be $6 per character
For doing flat colours it is $4 per character
For flat colours shading it is $7 per character
I am not an artist, I'm a colourist, so you will need to supply the original artwork and have the artists permission.
Also if you send in a sketch and ask for a colouring, I will do the colouring, but I will not ink it.
Bonus
For inking flats shading = $12 per character, save $1 per character.
All prices are USD, even though I'm Australian XD
