I really been needing to write this down so here I go now. I guess.
By reading this Terms of Service you agree to them when commissioning, buying YCH, adopt or generally doing any business with me (Baddtraxx).
1.: Every payment is done by invoice from me end. Every payment HAS to be paid in Euro, since it is the currency where I live. This ensures full and fair payment for me.
2.1.: By Commissions, the process is the following:
- I recieve FULL info on what I get to draw, including a reference and as much info as possible (no stories please I dont need to know about that.)
- I will draw up a rough sketch/draft and ask if things have to be changed or anything. If the rough sketch is done it continues as follows.
- I then will recieve the payment when everything is right for the rough sketch/draft, then after recieving that, I will start on the linework and generally finishing the drawing.
- You (the costumer) will then when finished recieve the drawing with a watermark, and a version without. Aswell renders of the drawing as a .png for any kind of use.
2.2.: By YCH, the proceess is the same as 2.1.
2.3.: By Adopts, the process is the following:
- Once you (the customer) obtained the adopt, you will get everything sent a .zip with everything after I (Baddtraxx) recieved the payment.
3.: Refunds. Refunds are only permitted for a serious reason. If you paid for the service you will recieve it. In case we (you as the costumer and I, Baddtraxx) have a arguing disposition, and you ask for a refund, you will recieve half of the payment and what has been done so far of the drawing AFTER the sketch/draft stage.
I (Baddtraxx) cannot always ansure a refund, since I also live off this as my income.
4.: I (Baddtraxx) am in no way a machine. Real life has ALWAYS first priority. In a case of a medical condition or something else holding me (Baddtraxx) off from finishing the drawing, I (Baddtraxx) am in the right to continue on the drawing when I (Baddtraxx) can. No negotiation space. If you (the costumer) is upset about it, a discussion for a refund CAN be considered, but not guaranteed.
