We are here once again to communicate with you, to apologize (first of all) for this disappearance, but also to inform you that we are ALWAYS here.

We've heard many cases recently of customers who have had their hard-earned money stolen by crooks artists who just took the money and never showed up again. We are very sorry for this misfortune, and that is why we are here to reinforce that we are here for you.

If you feel uncomfortable or anything, you can come inbox and I will answer you all with a lot of love. We will never disappear without delivering the arts that you have dedicated to us.

Now, about this delay, it is very unfortunate and we apologize to all of you uncountable times. Both of us, Amaya and Aurora, have had gigantic problems this year involving family friction, deaths, change of address, among other things. We did our best not to be affected by it all but it was inevitable, our whole schedule got messed up and we overloaded ourselves absurdly.

But I swear to you all, we are trying our best, every single day. And as soon as we finish all the orders we will have a break to rest.
