alright probably about time I did one of these little about me thingies.

so hey, my name is Regal, i created an account here to upload art I have gotten simply to have a place to store it and also for folks to enjoy. my fursona is named Regal, well his actual name is Gallus but he just goes by Regal.
He is a member of my OC species called Archivers, or the Arideimus if you want to be fancy. Put simply, they are an advanced species of draconic canine/feline people who do cool alien stuff.

A bit more about me.

I'm a dude irl who's straight, and from the UK. My main interests are world building, science, history, rugby, table top roleplay, and even ERP from time to time.

So this might sound somewhat strange all things considered, but I'm actually more or less completely blind irl... now I know what you're probably thinking, "Why tf does this dude have art work if he's blind," and that is a good question.

In simple terms, I get art done of my characters for several reasons, but one of the most important is so that others can enjoy it, and so support creators.
One other reason is so I don't need to constantly describe my characters to people through text lol, I can just give them the art. Luckily for me, I have a sizeable group of friends who are always willing to help me out when it comes to making sure all the art is perfectly in order and take great pains in describing it to me, something I am eternally grateful for.

The only other reason to get coms for me is that one day maybe I will get my head eggs working again, and thus will have a back log of pieces to enjoy. Side note, my brother helps run my account, so he manages all of the uploading and stuff.
