Allergy warning!
-We have pets! We have several cats as well as a dog, and though they do not ever come in direct contact with our building materials, there is a chance for some fur or dander to wind up on our products. If you have animal allergies of any kind, PLEASE notify us!

Animal Party reserves the right to deny service to anyone.

Animal Party reserves the right to cancel any slots at any point in time for any reason. This includes but is not limited to; family emergency, sickness, moving, other priorities, or if the customer is difficult to deal with and/or rude.

Quotes!
We are currently closed for any and all commissions! We will only be giving out quotes when we are open! To get a quote, you must emal us at AP_Atlanta[at]outlook.com ! We will NOT be giving quotes via notes. Again, we will ONLY give quotes when we are open for commission. Please do not contact us for a quote unless you are ready to make your first payment. Our general prices are available if you're looking for a ballpark estimate. For a general price list, please look here!

Concept Art!
Anyone looking for a quote must provide detailed concept art with at least two views. All concept art must be G-rated. No pornography will be acceptable as concept art. If there is a design change after you have been added to the queue, you MUST get re-quoted. No exceptions.

Duct-Tape Dummies!
The customer MUST provide a duct-tape dummy (DTD) for fursuits. Additional measurements may be required. If the DTD is not up to our standards, we will request you make a new one.

Payments!
In order to be added to our queue, you must make a 33% non-refundable downpayment. This is non-negotiable. The remaining 67% of your balance must be paid before we begin work. If no further payments of at least 20% are made after six months of reserving your slot, we reserve all rights to cancel your slot without refunding the 33% downpayment. If you have paid off at least a total of 53% of the suit after six months but still have a pending balance, you will have four additional months to complete paying. If the complete balance is not paid ten months after the downpayment, all additional payments (excluding the downpayment) will be refunded and your slot will be cancelled.
Tail commissions must be paid in full upon acceptance. Any cancellation of tail commissions will result in a 50% refund, and the other 50% is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy!
If a commission is cancelled, you will be refunded all funds excluding your 33% down payment.
Any materials purchased will remain property of Animal Party. Any construction started on the project (like a tail or head) will remain property of Animal Party. Animal Party reserves the right to redistribute (sell) any parts that are already completed of a cancelled commission.

Repairs/Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on all Animal Party and Creating Constellations products! If the damage is our fault, we will happily fix it free of charge, though the customer will have to pay to ship it to us, and we will gladly send it back for free.
After the 90-day warranty has expired, we will still happily fix any and all issues you may have for up to a year after the item's completition, though the customer must pay to have it shipped both ways.
We must be notified of the damage as soon as it occurs or is discovered. If the damage comes from obvious misuse of the product, roughhousing, or anything similar, we will charge a fee which will vary depending on what repairs need to be done. ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRODUCT AT ALL BY ANY PERSONS OTHER THAN ANIMAL PARTY WILL VOID THE WARRANT! If your suit is too big, too tight, you want new ears, anything like that, come to us! Any other person doing any sort of modification to the suit will completely void the warranty (this excludes minor repairs like patching a small hole). Any proof of not-safe-for-work acts in the suit will also void the warranty. [b]Any products sent in for repair MUST be clean! If your fursuit is sent to us smelly and unwashed, we will ship it back to you (you will pay for shipping) and have you properly wash it before we will do any work on it.
