Hello everyone! Sorry for the long absence again. I wish I had some good news to report on the progress for my web comic, but I don't. I haven't even finished inking and coloring the first page... It's been crazy over here and I have no idea if I'll ever be able to get started on this thing. Sometimes I think I should just give up and forget about making comics, but I'm not going to. I'll keep working at it! Just gotta stay positive! (Easier said than done... :P)

Hello everyone! It's good to be back!

I have some exciting news! I'm working on a web comic! It will take some time before I'm ready to unleash this story on the web, so consider this an advertisement, or something.

Anyway, I just wanted to let all of you beautiful followers know that I'm back in the game, and from the looks of it, I'm here to stay this time! Things are looking up, my comic is coming along great, and I can't wait to share it with you guys! Look forward to updates on the progress of my story, along with a release date whenever I figure it out myself! lol

Hello everyone! It's good to be back! As you may have noticed, I have a new picture uploaded and I mention a comic book I'm working on. But I'm trying to figure out how to self publish it. I've checked out Ka-Blam.com and they seem okay, but I'd like to know if anyone else here has tried them and if they did a good job. So, if you've used Ka-Blam, or you know someone who uses it, please let me know how it went!

Hello everyone! I'm back again! Good news! Grandma's been doing a lot better lately! She's still not getting around as good as she used to, but she's feeling a lot better and doing really good! So yay for that! lol

Things seem to be going good here lately. I'm in better spirits, my depression isn't as bad as it was, and things just seem to be improving!

Thanks to everyone who sent out well wishes for my Grandma! I really appreciate all of them, and I'm sorry I didn't respond to some of them. I hope everyone's doing great and ya'll have a safe and happy Halloween! I know I will!

Hello everyone. I know I said that I would have some new art uploaded soon, but this year just keeps throwing A-bombs at my face. My Grandma on my Mom's side died earlier this year, then my cat Peach, another cat named Booger a few weeks ago, and now my Grandma on my Dad's side is starting to go down hill.

Sorry ya'll, but it's going to take a while before I can get anything ready to post. This has just been a bad year.

Just letting everyone know that I'm alive and okay... Again! lol Sorry for being away a long time again, but things have been crazy over here! All the crap hit the proverbial fan, all at once! (Metaphorically speaking of course.) But things are looking up and so I've started working and drawing again! I have an image in the works that I hope to finish within the next few days if all goes well, so please look forward to that!

Howdy ya'll! Just letting everyone know that I haven't forgotten you guys, I've just been very busy. My depression isn't as bad as it was a few months ago, so that's a good thing! I'm getting back on track with my art and have a few comic ideas floating around in my head. So, everything seems to be going good for me so far.

Other then that, I don't really have any else to say. lol I hope everyone's been enjoying their summer, but to honest, I'm ready for winter! XD

Hello everyone. If any of you follow me on Deviant Art, then you've probably noticed the changes to my DA page. Primarily the deletion of "Mature Rated" artwork. I admit that at one time, I even began to bash on the furry community. I'm sorry for this. I quickly took it down, as it went against who I am. I am a member of the furry community and I'm proud of it! At least I am now.

Please allow me to explain my sudden behavior change on DA. You see, for a long time now, I've been the kind of person who believes that I should base my life entirely on the happiness of other people. Because of this, I've never really been that happy about my life. This is part of the reason for my depression and suicidal tendencies. A part of me wants to make sure my family is happy with me and the choices I make in life, and that includes saying no to pornographic material and pretty much anything that's considered "weird". My family is very religious and I was afraid that my artwork and the style of stories that I wanted to tell wouldn't be acceptable to them. So I tried to change my life. I tried to turn away from the furry community and meant turning my back on many of my best fans and online friends. Now don't get me wrong, I'm a very religious guy too. But I believe that enjoying some "adult" material isn't that bad. In my opinion, it's a lot better than getting drunk, doing drugs, and whoring around with sluts. Of course, a lot of people don't seem to see it that way...

Some time has passed since I made the changes. And I'm still not happy. There's a part of me that wants to make comics for children, and another side that wants to make sexy, furry, action stories. I felt like I was being torn apart. I've done some thinking, talking, and searching. I've realized that there's more to life than trying to make others happy if it means making yourself miserable. Now don't get me wrong, I'm naturally a kindhearted guy who enjoys helping others, but sometimes I just want to let this other side out and not have to worry about how I'll be treated for it. It's complicated to explain.

Anyway, that's when I realized that I was happiest here on Fur Affinity. You guys and gals liked me and my artwork. You made me feel like a real person. And what did I do? I tried to change myself and turned my back on this great community. I'm very sorry for that.

I now know who I am. I am two people in one body. A man who wants to make children comics and a guy who wants to give the furry community some hard rockin' action comics. But I can't be both at once. So for now, I've decided to follow my "White Wolf" instincts and create my sexy, furry, action stories for all of you, my only REAL friends, to enjoy. Later in life, if God allows me to live long enough, I'll try to create children's stories for kids and their families to enjoy. But for now, I'm a young guy who's got a wild side that wants to make itself known.

In closing, I just wanted to say I'm sorry again. I hope you all can forgive me for my actions. My depression has been over the top lately, and for some time it seemed that suicide was the only answer. I couldn't think straight and I thought that changing my life would help, but it didn't. So now my DA page is for my "calm" stuff, and FA is my home, where I can be myself and not have to worry about ridicule. You guys and gals really are the best fans and friends I've ever had and I can't say how sorry I am for turning my back against all of you. I can only hope that you'll forgive me and continue to offer your support as I try to make my comic book dreams come true.

Okay, so today my sis and I were returning home from Wal-Mart when an old guy in a Chevy SUV pulls out in front of us. I slamed on my breaks and swerved to avoid him, but our fenders met. My passanger side fender is messed up as well as my front axle. The old guy's rig had damage to the driver side fender and front bumper. No air bags deployed for either of us! lol
He was fine and we were fine. Everything was settled without alot of drama. I just hope I have enough insurance money comeing that I can fix my ride...

God was watching over us! It could have been much worse!

Well, since I'm here I guess I'll update everyone on my comic book project. It's had its up's and down's. I've been thinking about submitting it to AP and also considering self publishing.

Going the AP route would be cheaper, but then that would mean that my creation would belong to AP (if they decide to publish it that is), but the self publishing route would let me do whatever I want with my characters and story without the stress of editors trying to tell me to change things that I dont' want to change. The biggest problem with self publishing is the cost. I'd need close to $300 for Trademark and Copyright stuff, along with the cost of running out to town to scan my 11"x17" paper onto a flash drive (since I don't have a scanner that big). I found a handheld scanner that takes B sized paper but it costs around $270.

Well, that's what's been going on in my life today and the past few weeks. Comments, questions, ideas? Just let me know!

Hello everyone!

It's been awhile so I feel I need to update ya'll on my resent absence from FA and DA.

I'm currently in the early stages of scripting out a comic book story that I plan to submit to comic book publisher Antarctic-Press. It will be a four issue mini-series to go with their submission guidelines for unknown artists. I've talked about my dreams of comic creation in the past, and now I feel that the time is right to give it a shot.

This means that my internet time is being severly cut into. I won't be able to get on FA or DA, or much of the internet for that matter, until I finish this little baby. So, I'm sorry for missing alot of comments, faves, and notes in resent days.

Hello.

I need some honest answers here folks. I've been toying with the idea for some time, but I don't know if it would be right.

If I did open myself to donations, I wouldn't use the money on somthing stupid like a video game or computer. I need the money for legal reasons concerning my characters and stories. I'd have to get around $600 - $800 for the legal fees and I don't have that kind of cash.

I know that money is short for everyone, so please let me know if this is a good idea or a bad idea.

Hello again everyone! How ya'll doing? It's time for another update!

I'd like to be serious for a moment and take the time to honor my uncle. Uncle Ish recently passed away. He had alzheimers really bad and was getting up in years. I never knew, but he was a WWII NAVY veteran. He never talked about himself much, so it was a real surprise to learn this. He was layed to rest at a simple grave yard surrounded by a beautiful forest and lush fields.

He was given a 21 gun salute, taps was played, and his service to his country was recognised with some words from fellow soilders. After the event, I received three of the empty brass casings from the salute. I have them displayed proudly in my room.

Love ya Uncle Ish, and thanks for your service. I wish we could have talked more.

Have fun in the next life! I'm sure you're meeting up with a bunch of old friends and sharing stories about "big fish" or white tailed bucks that got away. And I bet you and Grandpa are sharing all sorts of stories and jokes again, just like old times.

You were a simple country man with a heart of gold and not a vain bone in your body. Enjoy your retirement, you've earned it. :)

Howdy ya'll! Commissions are now open! And I'm also thinking of starting a T Shirt Commission thingy too! For an extra $20 your commission could be put on a T Shirt! But, "Adult", "Mature", and Copyrighted artwork will not be allowed for T Shirt commissions (Rules of the shirt shop I use).

So, how does this work? Simple! During or after the commission, all you have to do is tell me that you would like to have your commission on a T Shirt. You give me the money through PayPal, along with your shirt size and shipping address, and I send you your very own personalized T Shirt!

There are a few things to know before hand. The shirt will HAVE TO BE WHITE. Colored transfers don't do well on colored shirts for some reason. Also the picture on the shirt will have to be around 8.5" x 11", that's as big as their photo transfer machine can handle.

The $20 is for shipping and handling, along with the price of getting the shirt made.

To everyone who left a comment or looked at my last journal, THANKS ALOT! I really appreciate your support! Things are looking a little better lately, one of my aunts is healing up great, and the other is in very good spirits, despite having a broken leg and cancer. I think she's aware that her time is almost up and she doesn't want to spend her remaining days causeing everyone to worry about her. I haven't heard anymore about my uncle, I hope he's doing better.

Anyway, I just wanted to send out a huge THANK YOU to all of my watchers, fans, and friends! This is truely the best art site I've ever been to and all you guys are super cool!

What's up guys n' gals? I haven't been as active here latley as I wanted to be, but things have been going crazy with some of my older family members.

I've had two aunts in the hospital for falling and breaking their legs (one of them also found out her breast cancer came back), then the sister of one of my aunts fell and broke one of her legs too. I just found out that she died about two days ago. I also have an uncle with parvo and alzheimer's who probably won't last much longer.

I guess there's no way to stop the march of time, and death comes to us all eventually, but it's still a hard thing to cope with, ya know? But on the brite side, they've all lived long, eventful lives and have been awesome family members to grow up around!

If it's possible, I would like to ask you, my watchers and friends, to visit your elderly family members often. When you're young, it seems as if they'll be around forever, but unfortunately that's not the case. Listen to their stories, give them big hugs, and tell them you love them. It'll make their day!

Hope everyone out there is doing great! Things are still hectic in my life, but eh, whadda ya gonna do?

I've been drawing and writing like a mad man in my free time, but now I'm taking a break to play some DC Universe Online. I usually don't get into online games, but this is a good one in my opinion. Anyway, I hope to have some art to post soon. Most of my drawings have been doodles more than anything, but my muse has returned and I hope to get back into the swing of things and draw some good stuff.

I've been thinking alot about my dreams for comics and have been devoting alot of time to various ideas, but I have a problem of going from one story to another at the drop of a hat. Sticking to one idea is hard for me. lol

More family members are sick and ain't doing too well, while others are getting better. I wish everyone could get better, but they are getting pretty old.
