Hi, my name is Lemmy and I'm a 22 year old trans man living in Northern Ireland.

I'm asking for support on raising funds to go towards my top surgery, as I'm having to go private with my trans health care.

If your from the UK you will know the wait lists for everything on the NHS are extremely long, and trans health care is unfortunately one of the longest waiting lists in N. Ireland. The waiting list is approx 6 years to be seen by the gender clinic. With my current levels of dysphoria and my current mental health, I don't think I can wait this long so I'm having to go private which is costly.


I'm planning on flying to Glasgow for my top surgery once I've saved enough.


The total cost for everything including surgery, travel and hotels is approx £9500 but I'm planning on paying most of the costs with my art commissions money and I'm asking for support on raising part of the money from friends, family and the community.

Apologies for being so inactive recently, a lot has happened so I have been VERY busy! I started a new course at college for the next few months, so I will be busy on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. I also had comic con weekend just past, was getting over a cold, started prep for another art market up coming, and have been working on new things for my art store. I have been extremely busy and overwhelmed so I apologise for not replying to messages for so long!

Because of my new college course, my work days will be different. I will now be working on art on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays until the end of November. - On Mondays and Wednesdays I will be mostly inactive and so please be patient when waiting on message replies. ^^

I have alot going on right now in my personal life, I'm going to be moving soon and have alot of sorting and clearing out to do. I've also been very busy with my classes, and health issues / appointments.

Unfortunately I had a fall yesterday and have fractured a bone in my elbow, the pain is very bad and hard to manage. Luckily it isn't my primary arm so I am still able to function like normal and draw, however I am slightly slower as I'm in alot of pain and I am now relying solely on one arm for everything. Because of this injury I estimate commissions will take an additional week to be completed. I hope customers understand the circumstances and I apologise for the delay.

My life has turned a bit hectic at the moment, with my little sister being admitted into hospital, Christmas less than two weeks away and general mental health issues I suffer with.

I have decided to make a small update to anyone waiting for commissions from myself, as my work times are being effected massively.
I usually have Sunday and Mondays to work, aswell as Tue-Fri for a couple hours in the evening. However at the moment my work times are being effected majorly as I don't have enough time to work on some days with added things to do in my personal life.

Because of this change, I have decided to make an adjustment to my queue. All Christmas YCHs now have an 'X' beside them on the trello queue. These YCHs will be my priority to finish before Christmas Eve. If you are waiting for a commission that is not Christmas themed, you may notice it takes slightly longer than festive YCHs on the list.
My sincerest apologies to these customers, and thanks for your understanding in these difficult times.

My commission list is being closed until boxing day, to give way for finishing the current queue. If you have messaged regarding a commission and are waiting on a response, please resend the request on boxing day (December 26th.) Hey! I'll be attending a comic con this weekend in a different city, so I will be preparing and traveling down in the next few days. If I don't reply to your message I am not ignoring you and will get back to you guys start of next week !

!! My country has a heat wave over it for the next two weeks and especially the next few days. I am trying to work as normal but my PC is in the attic and it gets extremely stuffy up there, so I'm gonna be focusing on evening work because of this. Work may be slightly slower over the next 2 or so weeks as it's impossible to move my PC, and if I sit upstairs for too long I experience extreme dizziness.I also have to keep checking my fur-babies are cool and have fresh water.

Please no negative comments like "my country has heat higher than the UK on a regular basis, it's not that hot"
- Our buildings are made with more insulation as it's rarely warm like this, we don't have AC, and two of my medications make me more sensitive to heat so I'm at high risk of heat exhaustion. Not to mention I'm forgetful and forget to drink for hours at times. Please be respectful! ❤️
