In case you couldn't guess from my recent submissions, I'm on a Pathfinder bender. And I need MORE!

Two options:
Roll20 is live-action, with optional voice chat, maps, and permission to handle mature or adult content. I'm able to be on Saturdays from 2 PM EST onward.

The other option is Myth Weavers. It's a play-by-post site, and one of the go-to sources for character sheets of all kinds. However, any sexual activity has to be implicit, or posters could get banned.

"Telepaths can make me forget how to teleport for a while. Figures one of them would hate me for some reason."
"I have a rather high metabolism, so I have to eat more than a normal fur."

"45 seconds."
"Never tried, and don't plan on trying."
"A minute and a half. I am an otter, after all."

20. What do you do on a regular basis?
"I practice my martial art forms and gun handling skills, and go pirating."
"I build bombs. Lots and lots of bombs."
"I work out, keep my martial arts skills fresh, keep an eye on my business ventures, and, of course, check up on my mistresses."

"Han Daiyu. She is the only person for whom I will ever betray any emotion."
"Nah."
"I have many mistresses. But the one I love the most is mi dulcita, Carmen."

"Not yet, unfortunately. I will claim her heart, though."
9T9 makes a gagging motion, then quickly stops when Sepoy looks over.
"Por supuesto. Otherwise, the Bureau of Superheroes would be knocking on my door."

"Pfft. Fun is overrated."
"Blowing shit up."
"I rather enjoy visiting my spas, such as La Descansa in Colmaton. Very relaxing."

"Blowing shit up."
"You certainly have a one track mind, don't you?"
"A fine night at a four-star restaurant with one of my mistresses, followed by an entertaining night in the bedroom."

"Waste of time."
"Ones where you get to blow shit up."
Sepoy rolls his eyes.
"We don't have many video games in Bolivia, so I haven't really played any, besides solitaire."

"I would be very careful. One does not simply make out with the daughter of Han Zhaoxing."

"Large. I was the eldest of six children."

I've noticed a few journal posts regarding the recent "not guilty" verdict in the Brian Zimmerman case.

I think there was poor judgement on the part of all involved parties.

Interpret that as you will. I will not comment further.

It's been a rough year, no doubt about that. One of the most venomous election seasons to date, a huge power outage in the summer, and two mass shootings.

It's times like this when it's worthwhile to take a step back and realize the true reason for Christmas. We live in an imperfect world, broken and twisted. But God still loves us, and wants us to know him. So, he took on the ultimate challenge.

Born of a virgin pledged to marriage, reeking of scandal.
Constantly rejected by the religious and political elite of his day.
Chased out of his own hometown at the beginning of his ministry.
Betrayed by one of his closest friends.
Sentenced to torture and death by the most cruel, painful, and humiliating method ever devised.

All this, so that one day, we could move from a broken world, to a whole one.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

In the spirit of the holidays, I am giving you the opportunity to give one of your characters a gift - superhero, supervillain, minion, support, it doesn't matter. However, the Hagfish is a Lacunaean, who runs on emotion, the more complex the better. As such, some of his gifts might best be left unopened.

He was an alien looking creature. As far as [s]he could see, it had no nose, eyes, or ears. It's mouth was a rubbery hole, devoid of any jaw, surrounded by limp tentacles. It's neck was too long, and it had the unpleasant appearance of being coated with slime. In one of its rubbery hands it carried a black briefcase.

"I am here to make you an offer," it croaked, putting down the briefcase and carefully opening the numerous locks that held it shut. "I will give you one of the items within my briefcase. Whichever one you desire, it is yours to use." [Character name] barely had time to notice its hands were asymmetrical - one with two fingers, one with three. The creature opened the briefcase, displaying a host of bottles and strange objects held within. "Be warned, though, mortal. What you desire may not always lead to happiness, and the ill-thought wish may lead you to ruin."

The Choices

Liquid Knowledge
An unappetizing grey liquid lay within the featureless bottle, identifiable only by the spidery label that stated "Liquid Knowledge." Drinking it will reveal a great secret of the universe. But sometimes, ignorance is bliss...
This cannot reveal another character's secret identity, but it will grant knowledge that could lead to anything from becoming a supergenius to gaining knowledge of the fourth wall. Definitely booby-trapped.

Elixir of Venus/Adonis
A narrow test-tube filled with glowing, rose-pink fluid. When uncapped, it gives off a faintly musky scent. It will give you a body that most men/women would only dream of having. but beauty is only skin deep...
Consuming this elixir will cause the character's body to change into a paragon of male or female attractiveness. Particularly weak or out-of-shape individuals will gain an added bonus as they gain the appropriate muscle tone and size - not to mention benefits down below, if you want it to be a red-border story. It will not, however, change the character's personality.

Galvanizing draught
This thick-walled flask bears a blue liquid that randomly lights up with an arc of whitish energy. To consume this would grant you greater power. But greater does not always mean better...
If your individual has at least one superpower or ability, the capabilities of that power are drastically increased. Otherwise, they gain a superpower or ability. However, the results are always a Faustian bargain of some sort

New leaf tea (villains only)
It looks like tea...
If given the opportunity, a reluctant or unaware supervillain who drinks this will develop the willpower to abandon their evil ways. They can always choose to ignore this opportunity. But either way, they may be teased by the grass seeming greener on the other side.

Water from the Acheron River
This sinister looking vial contains what seems to be just water. Attached to it is a pen and a notecard bearing four words, apparently written in blood:
"Who do you hate?"
A nasty one here. If they write somebody's name on the card, then dissolve it in the water, they will be able to kill another character. That's right. Perma-death. You can't use this on any of my characters (yet), and you need permission from the character's creator to do it. The downside of this? That's up to you.

Nothing
Given time to think it over, none of these potions seem like a good idea.
Your character is confronted with numerous events that would make using one of the potions seem like a wonderful idea. But, for whatever reason you choose, he or she turns down the Hagfish's offer. He will not take offense.

Also, there will not be any opportunity for a character to get revenge on the Hagfish. He will explain that he gave them fair warning, and that any consequences of using the potion are entirely the OC's responsibility. If attacked, he proves to be as slippery as his feral counterpart, vanishing to the Lacunae until he deigns to visit the reality of Colmaton once more...

Bonaire.

Never heard of it? Join the crowd. It isn't as popular as Jamaica, or Barbados, or the Bahamas, and for good reason. No white-sand beaches, just coral rubble. No swaying fields of sugar cane, or exotic tropical birds, or incredible landscapes. Just salt ponds and an environment like a desert. Nothing much lives on the island, outside of donkeys, lizards, and birds.

Underwater, on the other hand...

Tarpon cruising by like torpedoes with a massive underbite
Shrimp wiggling their antenna next to sea anenomes
Napoleonic damsel fish charging creatures 20 times larger to defend their algal gardens
Barracuda eyeing you suspiciously as they float past
Massive grouper splaying their gills so cleaner fish can enter

It's impossible to fully describe. But there's a reason Bonaire is called "diver's paradise".

As of right now, the earlier projects I wrote about are on hold. In their stead, I am putting together a comic script featuring my heroes, the Furry Furies, in a tribute to those who served during the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

For my fellow followers of the Triune God: keep the faith. We live in a broken world, but we live in hope for the remade one that is to come. Stand strong, and be an example.

And for those being oppressed by terrorism, whether it's a playground bully or madmen threatening death, keep the words of United 93 in your minds.

Just a little "I'm not dead" for everyone out there. I'm working on three story ideas right now, and two of them have actually been started.

First off, I am continuing the storyline of "The Order." It's definitely a serious plot, and one that I particularly like.

I am also writing a piece where Kavelus opens up an alchemical shop - much to the delight of a lion with a bit of trouble in the mane department...and the muscle department...and the you-know-what department...well, you get the idea.

Finally, I'm going to be doing a new story featuring everyone's favorite pantheon (apart from the Æsirs, of course). Neku is still determined to get Sunny inside his pants, and he's getting advice from all his relatives on how to look the part. Just hope he doesn't follow too much of Kifara's advice, since flaying yourself isn't a really positive fashion statement these days.
