I'm currently working on new pieces and commissions,
but I need some inspiration and motivation, so I thought I'd ask a question to help boosting my TF mood. Or feel free to ask me anything—I'm always happy to chat!

As you can see in the title, I've been working on my first small game for sale on Steam over the past month to earn additional income besides drawing. And this is the first game I've ever tried to do on a very tight budget with the simplest game idea I had as an experiment.

The game is called "Math Pixels" and is a simple, silly, minimalist puzzle game that involves combining the results of each column or row to solve a hidden picture puzzle. The game has 200 levels in total. The price will be $2.99 / £2.49 / €2.99 / CDN$3.89 / A$4.50 / ¥350 with 10% release discount. The game will be released on April 9.
Feel free to take a look and wishlist it if you like puzzle games and see if you could beat my game.
If you don't, that's okay! Share or feedback would be highly appreciate.
Shame that there's no TFs in this game yet, but who knows, you might just turn into one of my pixel puzzles :P

Posted a year agoHey, I really wish I could tell that I was trapped in some form during my inactive time lol
I just wanted to say that I will be posting emergency YCHs soon for both animate and inanimate TFs if you are interested. Hope it will bring me back to drawing like I used to.
My current mental state is not good. Besides dealing with my personal and financial problems, I couldn't help but wonder if people had forgotten me or if my work was good enough to be liked or sometimes feeling like I wasn't part of the community anymore. But no matter what, I'm trying my best to come back to drawing.
I'll be back posting soon and if you have any questions please feel free to ask me. And lastly, I hope you all are doing well.

Covid Update
Posted 2 years agoHey, It's been a while since I posted a drawing. Just a bit of an update of my covid.
Some of you may already know that I got covid from my Twitter since October 13. I decided to not post anything here as I thought it would take me a few days to recover, but it turned out that it took longer than I thought. So I'm just posting this journal today about my condition. I still have a cough and still get more tired than usual from breathing.
Sorry for not posting any new pics. I'll try my best to recover. Can't wait to draw the ideas I have in my head right now.

I posted this on my Patreon page. I wasn't sure at first if I should post it here too, because I don't want people to think that I'm asking for attention, but my friend suggested that I should post it here as well to tell about my current situation, so I did.

Well... I don't know where to start. I think some of you already knew that I've had a lot of problems over the past year and one of them is my financial problem.
After five years of drawing TFs and almost two years spent on Patreon, I think I can't lie to myself any longer and have to really admit that I can't work and make money as an artist. My income over the past year has been around the same as minimum wage and Patreon doesn't seem to work out for me and I'm running out of ideas to help my Patreon page work.
And according to my Twitter and FA stats, my work hasn't grown much. The number of followers has increased, but the feedback and share stats remain the same and sometimes less than in previous years (I know some people have told me not to care those numbers, but if you need to make a living out of it, then I guess it would be something that you can't really ignore)
I'll not quit being an artist now, but I'll give myself one last chance until the end of August 2022 (or could be until the end of this year depending on the situations). And when the time came and it didn't really work, then I would have to accept the results, give up, and finally move on to something new.

Here are all the plans I've come up with that I hope will help me get through it
• Might have to focus more on NSFW content
I guess everyone knows and can't deny that mostly of NSFW content get more recognition than SFW.
• YCH auctions
I haven't done this one before. I'm not sure it will help any more than making regular commissions, but I like that I can use my own ideas so it's possible that drawing will be done faster than using someone else's idea.
• Full focus on doing commissions
Full focus on doing commissions after dealing with all the rewards and other drawings that left over.
• Might try creating another non-TF account
Create another account to post bara stuff or other contents to see how it turns out
Taigar
• Making my own small indie video games
I've been thinking about making my own small indie games for a long time. I can do both art and programming, so it's possible for me to make a small one. I don't expect my game to be successful, but I just want it to be a way to earn extra income.

I guess that's all I want to say for now. I still enjoy doing art and want to keep doing it, but I'll starve if I keep doing it and the situations continue like this.

Could use some positive thoughts

While I've been trying to sort things out here by doing emergency commissions, many things have happened, and lately I've been getting a lot of imposter syndrome, feeling bad about my own work and myself, but I'm trying my best to fight it and make myself feel better. Posted 6 years agoHi there, I just want to let you know that I got a job now and I have time for drawing after work in the evening even it's just a few hours per day and weekends but that's okay as you can see I'm trying to upload my arts more often.
But now I'm wondering about which type of my art you prefer to see more from me? doodles? full-detail? or animation? I would love to do an animation but that could take a lot of time and I would love to do a doodle because it takes just a few days but are you happy to see it? Posted 6 years agoHi there, I just want to let you know that I'm busy and I might be busy for a while maybe a week or a month.
I just graduated from college a month ago and now I'm busy with the job application. I really hope that I'll get a job soon so I could come back to draw like normal again (I hope so... at least I'll not have to worry about money anymore) I have so many things I really want to draw right now.

Posted 7 years agoI just started to busy with my studies again and it's possible that I'll be busy until May, when I'll graduate (maybe not).
During this stressful time, I'll only draw for myself to not be stressed out of studying too much (I'll try to finish works in the queue. It's might be slow a bit but please don't worry! I'll finish it for sure and really sorry about that) and I might be able to draw only doodle stuffs because it doesn't take long time (Even though I want to color it so bad). I think at least it's better than I didn't post anything here for a few months like I did on last semester.
I just think that you should know. Thank you for reading this.
