Halloween adopt suggestions?
Posted 3 years agoSeems im getting some requests to make more than I usually make for the holiday. Got any ideas for me? Can be Original or Fan made like a pokemon etc. Just be aware, if you don't give a heads up of wanting first dibs on your suggestion, adopt will be posted for sale for others to get.
Note: I don't take ALL suggestions, as some things are too much for me atm, aka like robots, mechanical stuff etc. If it's minor then it'll be better for me.

Sooo Internet Apocalypse?
Posted 3 years agoI dunno if i should be laughing since some platforms are well deserved of their medicine for censorship and giving suspensions, banns and such to ppl for posting memes etc, but first FB and it's platforms, now there's others apps i'm told it's happening to now like Twitter etc? (I actually would wish it upon that site of all tbh, it's ultra toxic....)
I heard other apps is having issues like gmail, which I don't see, and some apps I don't even use. This is kinda weird since my day started out with a 30 min blackout, then all this. I need FB on to play Pokemon Go, but soon as everything clears up im trying to change that from being depended on FB logins. FB is important for many ppl though and me, but Zuck sucks so much sometimes.

Posted 3 years agoThese are now open for holds (depends on the person, if new customer, then 1 day max, if occasional customer, then 3 days man, if regular customer of mine, then a week max) Here's the ones I made so far, a 4th one is being voted for on my discord server as what the last one should be (you can also suggest here too.) I usually made like 1 main one each Halloween, but this year I made a few more.

Posted 3 years agoToyhouse really has some issues, how does a site be closed ALL the time for many years, and also suck at having admins on there to take care of issues also. Got some weirdos on there always trying to start issues with ppl. Can use more management, even when I joined years ago it was horrible with admin help. Anyone else can relate?

This is a chat that's not designed to be a "Safe space" or "SJW catering", all is allowed here, Republican, Democrat, Liberal, Conservatives, and even the crazy types that aren't coming with back intentions and such, and all opinions and beliefs is allowed, even ones I don't agree or like. I don't silence, mute, bann people for that stuff, and also don't expect trigger/censor warnings and all that BS there. It's an fun art server with more lax rules and such etc, expect people to disagree with you like I have to, that's life. Artists beside me self can advertise, sell artwork etc. Be sure when you join to read all the rules also, and you must introduce yourself before you're accepted into the server, I manually do this to prevent bots, raiders etc.

•Adopts•
I been suggested making adopts of characters in tea cups, like dessert looking adopts, not sure if that idea is specific to someone already, kinda like with scarfoxes, sushi cats etc but let me know. I will also try to make some Pokemon and other halloween themed adopts, im always open to suggestions, and make sure to let me know if you want first dibs at your suggestion, to avoid potential nerd raging etc. As for pokemon generator adopts, I don't like taking those, because too many ppl draw art and adopts based off exactly the concept and mine can end up looking like them, but i'll still take pokemon fusion adopts, and other fan stuff but with my own unique take on them. Im always most happy with doing Human/Kemonomimi adopts most!
•Watermarks•
These are important to my art and adopts most. A reminder that people who buy my adopts are most welcomed to upload my watermarked versions of ones they buy from me because you got theives out there, and nothing makes me cringe more than someone bragging about telling me about knowing how to remove watermarks from ppls stuff, it's horrible and disrespectful, yes, im aware there's ways but I prefer to NOT wanna learn.
• Adopt Sales •
As some may know, some sales or discounts are exclusive to my discord server only since it's easier to post and manage, and i'm letting people know this ahead of time because i have my moments where im not in the mood to organize adopts in lists to post on all art sites etc. I usually made them every month but I might skip one or so for my websites to make it for my discord people instead (Insert Bootleg patreon joke here except free to join etc. Also since the last raffle didn't go well ([i]first time ever) I don't think i'll host anymore for the future on here.[/i])
• NSFW Limits •
As I have to remind people too much, I do only human/kemonomimi porn and NSFW, I don't do Furry, anthro, zoophile, animal, feral etc that looks like that as NSFW, I got personal reasons why I don't do it. I'm not willing to sell myself out to make others happy when it comes to drawing things I find uncomfortable to me or go against my beliefs, morals etc, and no, I won't cave into peer pressure, so don't shame me for not being woke, or into mainstream sexual stuff etc, I couldn't care any less. Posted 3 years agoOk, so I had some concerns about keeping my adopts in my gallery after selling them or transferring them. Thing is, im the original creator of the adopts, so of course i'll keep them in my gallery/Archived. That's like asking me to delete all my commissions with ppls characters in them from my galleries, it's kinda an insult to me imo, deleting your own art and such. Not saying people are being mean on purpose, but I am the original artist of the art or adoptable so I should be able to keep it in my gallery (The adopt and art belongs to you in the end but I prefer to preserve my art for memories).

When people are so selfish and tell you you're not allowed to post your OWN ART on your pages, because they're THAT ashamed of the artist, dilsiking them (because of their political leanings of beliefs), or their character in your art related to something they don't want attention to. This was an issue back in the past, when I drew a chub character commission for someone a few times and the asshole wanted me to keep them secret, and it was a pain in the ass because it hurted, so I stop accepting commissions with people like that, gtfo with that selfish shit.
If you don't like artwork of your character being posted, why even have an OC, persona, fursona etc at all? Best i'd do is keep names anonymous, but don't tell me not to post my own work on my pages, that's an asshole attitude, and I rather keep ppl like this away from me or commissioning me. It's in my TOS of that condition afterall. If you get a commission and you're getting it with a friend or so in it, make sure they're not the types to not want art posted of them, nothing pisses me off more than people like that (People who don't want you to share your work at all who commissions you), especially when they ask days after you posted it to remove it off your pages.
I like to show progress in my work and keep it updated for people to see. If that makes sense

Posted 3 years agoWhen you're not satisdied with your own way of making poses etc, that you gotta depend on pose reference help again, yep, that's what im gonna do for a while, since i'm not confident on my own poses atm (well atleast for adopts). So if you see any improved poses etc, that's what i'm doing lol. There's no shame in using references, but sometimes I like to try drawing without them too. xD

I'm thinking about adding a fee thing for the days a person is late on their adopt hold time, instead of taking away hold privileges from being late (was usually after a few times), was gonna implement something like 1$ for the first day late added to the price of the adopt, and 2$ will be added the next day. Fellow artists have suggested this to me about a year ago, and I think i'll add it, though won't be til Jan, will be a hold agreement thing, if you accept it for holding, you must go by it, if not, and you hold overtime and don't wanna pay the fee, you won't be allowed holds anymore.
(Been wanting this solved for a long time, and I think it's a decent plan atleast and keeps it less frustrating for me, yes people got life issues but hold commitments is important to me also.)

(Also, the raffle didn't get anymore than 3 ppl so I canceled it, sorry all, it's the first time a raffle of mine failed so yeah, they was all original adopt prizes so they didn't attract much people, was trying something new with just focusing on those themes only since they're usually a mix of others like fan adopts etc, ohwell.)

How is everyone lately?
Posted 3 years agoThis is cheesy yes, and I usually ask my discord members this but i never do it for my watchers on here so i'll try to a little more. Times is weird and I wanna make sure people are doing ok and such. As for me, besides odd drama situations online, and the usual irl that's happening to everyone else, i'm doing quite well, just can't wait for summer to end (my least fave season since i hate the heat and love the cold/cool more even though I was born in june lol....)
Also, what BG do people use, mine is the dark black grey, and I wonder if my use of colors in my journal are ok for you to read (I tend to use Cyan and Yellow more).

Posted 3 years agoHow do artists deal with making complicated tattoos on characters.... and in general without going insane? Is it draw first then copied on the body etc because it looks like a chore to draw those super complicated ones like the tribal versions and the BIG ones like on The Rock's left body for example lol.

Posted 3 years agoOk so, I been stuck at 1100 watchers for a long time, regardless of me gaining more long ago, I heard of people losing watchers unexpectedly, but my case is, my count is stuck at a cap, and dunno why. I still keep the watchers, the numbers just never increase anymore. Anyone else noticing this?

Posted 3 years agoPlease make sure to let me know who you are when trying to add me on discord, or asking me to in message (aka joining my server method to contact me since my name has emojis in it, making it hard to normally add me) or ill assume you're a random troll or bot trying to add me. Had someone this morning join my and message me "Plz add" and leave my server, getting that "recipient don't share servers with you" note in DMs after when I tried to talk to them. It was kinda cringe tbh.

Posted 3 years agoSo many commissions lately, especially the kemonomimi and Ginjinka ones. I thank God for that blessing, and while at it im learning how do do better with clothing, though ironically the single commission ones, I been coming up with them myself instead of looking them up etc. I just drew what poped up in my head and made that as clothing on characters. I'm better at customizing my stuff and doing better at it over drawing already made stuff. Artistic freedom is my best advantage afterall.
One thing I must admit though, that I don't say enough but should...
Overly complicated stuff, like things with so many details, especially small ones, drive me crazy doing, I dunno why I can't get past it but yeah, because I battle whether I should draw those tiny details lineart style, or color the lineart to fit those details (which is usually reserved for my fully shaded commissions instead of under that quality), and sometimes it be so overwhelming too....do anyone else suffer from these struggles? I try to get use to it but I rage while doing it, sigh!

Posted 3 years agoMy happy place of all things.....(well besides dragons). If I could switch to this type of adopt art as a majority thing over anthros/furry ones, i'd do it in a heartbeat tbh because it's what I enjoy to draw most, MY PEOPLEZZZZZ. MY CULTUREEEE!!! -ahem-
(Im glad some of you are enjoying this like me, it's rare to see it admired on furry hosted sites aftertall, since it's harder for me to sell as adopts.... because I met some people on here who really hate human characters/or looking characters like those etc and have expressed that to me from casually to harshly, so yeah. ) xD

Small update to adopt hold stuff (nothing bad)
Posted 3 years agoOk so im making an update to my holds. So originally I either picked a day long hold, for new ppl or occasional buyers, putting them on the same rank, and the week long for regulars, and the max hold for adopts. I'm gonna make an inbetween hold time, which will be 3 days for non new people, so yeah, gonna update my TOS for that one. ONLY 100% New buyers will only have a day to claim a hold.
New people: 1 day hold only.
Occasional/Non new buyers: Once every blue moon, like a month or longer to be specific. Just someone who doesn't buy my adopts much pretty much.
Regulars = People who buy my designs weekly, or atleast a few times a month. This includes commissioning me also, can reward you this hold time.

Posted 3 years agoSo, my main thing is when I drew Lugias, like, I use to draw them their own claws/arms along with wings in the back of them, but ppl told me they prefer the hands being the wings. This same preference can be asked about birds also, and Wyverns etc. You can tell me your input here also. I sometime would draw birds with the same concept too, and Wyverns at times.

Invite me to all your Dialga raids, my fav pokemon of all, im level 38, so im not over 9500 in lv yet because as a normal non charger now, takes months to level up now for me LOL!
(I tend to always stay online on Pokemon Go, so i'll possibly join if I get an invite, sometimes im not always looking at my phone though.)
