Posted 7 years agoJust incase anyone was willing to wish me a happy holiday or Merry Christmas, don't bother. I should just let everyone know right now since it's Christmas anyway that I don't celebrate it or any holiday whatsoever, not even my own birthday. "But why?" you might be asking? I'm a Jehovah's Witness; I know, shocker right? A Jehovah's Witness who also happens to be a furry, what are the chances? I will admit, it's not a very fun religion IMO, but I doubt most or any are, but it's moreso for the fact of how we go about things, though I won't bother explaining what that is, I just want everyone to be aware of it for future reference is all, so yeah, peace.
Edit: Slight adjustment to this, just want to quickly address that y'all still can wish me happy holidays and such, didn't mean to sound rude if I did at all, it's just kinda hard to let go of a somewhat annoyed hold you have with this since especially now I'm much more aware of what's going on in my life compared to when I was younger and more naive, and also the fact that I grew up differently than most. Almost Got Stuck in a Snowstorm...
Posted 7 years agoAs the title says, my dad and I almost got stuck in a snowstorm, we just went out to do some errands since the weather forecast said we would only get 1-3 inches...buuuuuuut...we got much, MUCH more than that
Ended up getting stuck behind some assholes on the road who went SLOW up a hill, then we ended up getting the van hit because we couldn't stop sliding on the icy road after trying to turn around, but luckily the guy was cool and the van only ended up getting a tiny scratch. Eventually after that we managed to get home, albeit slowly and very carefully, but I don't think I've been this scared in my life...my breathing got fast, hands started to tingle, and I couldn't see straight, though that all cleared up once we pulled into the driveway, but still...that was terrifying...hope you all are safe and sound in your homes tonight away from the snow, because I know one thing for certain; I am NOT going back out for at least a few days, because hooooly shit that was super terrifying.

Update/Moving/Bad News
Posted 7 years agoAlright so, this is kinda gonna serve as an update to my previous journal, as well as a more thorough explanation of what's happening with my family and I moving out of the house, aaaaand some kinda cruddy bad news, though it's not the worst thing ever in the least. With that out of the way, let's get to it!
So, first thing's first, yes I'm moving, and as I said in my previous journal, we need more space for the kind of business they do, which is making wood crafts using wire and glass of multiple colors, and then has the wire stapled to these wooden bases to stick, as well as the glass having resin poured over for the same reason. It's really been taking off for them so it's something that, I think, they're hopefully going to stick with since it makes us a whole lot of cash with every craft show they attend. So, with that, we're now trying to find a new place to love since we need a lot more space to make living comfortable with all the glass trees being made, since before, they would literally be all over the house since we had no other place to put them. The appraisal recently came back for the house at full price, which is super exciting, so hopefully with that we can find a decent new place to live!
Buuuuut, speaking of moving out of the house…Jesus Christ, my grandparents have been the biggest obstacle ever since we decided to lock in the thought of moving, especially since my grandMOTHER was the one who said she couldn't WAIT to get out of here and how it sucks for her! I won't dwell on the subject for too long since I wanna keep focus, but it's just like…she first spreads fake word that my parents are forcing them out of the house, and then they complain about every apartment they find because "it's too nice" (LITERALLY TOO NICE WTF, SHE SAID IT WAS LIKE A PLUSH HOTEL!!!) or "it's too shitty" and the real kicker, "there's too many turns to get back there" when they don't hang out with anyone hardly anyone else their age at all! They also called the fire department because she thought she smelled gas, even though there was none, just…UGH…I feel like I'm gonna burst a blood vessel around her especially…so yeah, that's all I'll say for that.
Lastly, I'd just like to address something really quick, and this is the sucky part I mentioned, but tomorrow morning, my WiFi is getting shut off until we move into our temporary place, so my online presence will be much more limited until then, but luckily it'll only be until next week from today, so I'll be back soon, I promise, just bare with me until then! That's all the news I got for now, so I'll see you guys in about a week from now, love you all, byyyyyye!

Alright so, long story short, my family and I are moving simply because we need more space for all the stuff we have and the type of stuff we do, but we can't move into a new place right away, so what we're doing is staying at a friend's place until we find the place we want. I'll explain everything in another journal sometime soon about everything that's been going on so you guys don't have to worry, we just have a lot on our plates at the moment and we can't really relax for too long since we have to be out of here by next week and then we have to get settled at the temporary place for about 6 months until we find our new place.
I love you guys and I would never want anyone to worry, so I promise I'll keep you guys posted on everything, so stay tuned for the next couple of days!

My Birthday
Posted 7 years agoCan anyone tell me why my age hasn't updated from 17 to 18 yet on FA? It's already been a day and I'm just curious if updating ages usually takes a while or not, 'cause it's kinda worrying me a bit, like if FA is glitched or something.

Should I Share my Gallery on Twitter?
Posted 8 years agoHey all, I've been wondering on how I might be able to attract more people to my page and to just be able to help spread around my gallery submissions to more people so they will be able to see what I post, and I thought of maybe doing it via Twitter, since a lot of furs seem to do that as well.
Do you all think it's a good idea, or not? I just don't wanna sound like I'm becoming greedy or selfish by thinking of doing this, but I don't know how to get more people attracted here aside from just waiting with every new piece of artwork I post, so some help would be greatly appreciated. Lemme know your thoughts and opinions so we can figure this out, thanks!

Just a Heads Up on Characters
Posted 8 years agoThere are going to be some design changes with some characters that I've made, including Ryker, Nomine, and possibly Drake, so if their designs look different with new drawings they'll get soon, that's why.
I wrote this because I didn't wanna catch anyone off-guard with the sudden changes, as well as me not being too satisfied with some of the designs to begin with, so be on the lookout for them! I personally think the new designs will reflect each character much better than before, and I really think you all with agree as well! Alright, take care guys! See you soon!~

BigBadBeast had been going through some extremely rough times as of late, and has been forced to live on the streets for quite a while, but someone finally came along and told him that he could live somewhere for $425 rent a month! So please, help give him a good home and a place where he can finally rest and relax! He deserves it so desperately right now more than ever! Go go go!

Animal Crossing New Leaf: Welcome amiibo
Posted 8 years agoAlright, so, this journal is a bit of a cry for help, since the new update for New Leaf came out, which I was extremely excited for, I've been desperately trying to figure out how to buy the Secret Storeroom from Tom Nook ever since the update happened, and with no luck. I'm not saying the update is bad at all, this is great for a 4 year old game! But Nintendo, you've royally screwed up if you can't do something as simple as giving out INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this! I keep seeing too many different answers online with no clear definitive one! I keep hearing that you simply need a loan paid off, or that you'll get a letter once you do so, OR that you need other rooms or a second floor to buy the update! So WHICH ONE IS IT?! If anyone who has the update and got everything new already, WHAT DO I DO?! I HAVE TOO MUCH JUNK IN MY CLOSET AND I NEED TO KEEP SELLING STUFF!!!!!! Please help me ;-;
Telegram Issues
Posted 8 years agoOkay, so, if anyone who uses Telegram as a messenger, listen up. So, for some reason, Telegram is just being absolute ass right now, it keeps telling me that it's "Connecting" even though I'm fully connected to the Internet like I am right now, is anyone else having this issue? I tried re-installing the app in hopes of fixing it, but now I can't even log in because it think I'm not connected to the wifi :/
Right, because the thing I wanted right now was to have to worry about ANOTHER app being a bitch on me for no reason, THANKS TELEGRAM!!! -_-

This person is going through CANCER and needs surgurey in order for it to be removed! She's been having financial issues, and hardly is getting fed at all with the money her mother is pouring out to her, it's really a sad and desperate situation, so PLEASE, help this woman in any way, shape or form you can! Donate! Get some art drawn! Buy one of her crafted accesories! Anything to help her at all! Even spread the word like I am!

He was robbed by a friend who helped him move, had recent heart surgery, lost his house, his mother is dying, his friend got attacked by 3 dogs…this has to be the unluckiest person I've ever seen…so please, if you can do ANYTHING, donate any amount of money that you can to help him out, as he needs it and any VERY desperately! Just a Bit of an Update
Posted 8 years agoThis is just a small update for those who are new to meeting me and seeing my profile here on FA, so here we go.
First, a little while ago, my old iPad died, it was about 6 years old and I guess it finally kicked the bucket after a forced reboot, since it got stuck on some sort of loop, and was being VERY slow before anyway. Luckily though, my mom was kind enough to lend me hers since now she has an iPad Mini 4, so that's good for the both of us I suppose.
Second, I broke up with a "friend" of mine, which I found out that he was only using me to get artwork out of me for the "gifts" he drew for me before, but if they're gifts, then they don't NEED to be repayed, right? I won't go into too much detail, but basically he was being a fucking bitch about what he wanted done for him since he did "so much" for me before, but I digress. He wasn't a real friend, and he isn't anymore.

Everyone and anyone who takes their time to watch, fav, comment or even just look at what I have is enough for me to call you a friend, because you never know when your time with them might be over in the blink of an eye. Two examples of people that I love dearly to my heart are 
Kai_Yeena and 
Oka_Deman
Kai has always been supportive of me with whatever I've had to deal with, he listens to me and helps me through hard times and even the smallest little annoyances that I might have with something, which is something I truly appreciate from the bottom of my heart. And Oka, even though we just met a few days ago, I told him what my life was like and found that we were both in the same situation in our lives, which is special to me because it helps me realize that I'm not alone and have someone to relate to, someone who hears me for who I am!
I really am truly happy to have made the friends that I have and meet the people I came across on the Internet, since it's hard to go out and make friends in reality, it makes me feel even happier that the Internet exists for people like you all.
