★ Please do not beg, cry, or whine for an adoptable/auction picture. I will blacklist you from buying said character.
★ If you do not like the music I happen to be playing, please mute or leave the stream. Rude comments are unnecessary.
★ Please talk amongst yourselves. I find it very hard to draw/concentrate on drawing if my chat box is silent. I feel like none of you are enjoying the stream or I'm boring. I don't mind occasional lurkers, but please talk. ; v ;
★ Sub-Mod for any of my stream is Ace/Ayshun/ShuttupAce/Ayshius. If he tells you to stop, please do so as he has the right to ban you.
★ PLEASE tell me if my stream black screens. I cannot tell if it does and I've gone full streams of it being black and no one told me. Please let me know.
★ Please do not start drama or fight in my stream. You get one warning before you are banned!

- You may resell an adopt for it's original price, ONLY adding additional value for extra pieces of COMMISSIONED* artwork.
*When reselling commissioned artwork along with the design it would be in your best interest to double check that the commission artist is consenting to their artwork being resold.
You may NOT add the price of GIFT ART or YOUR OWN ART of said adopt!
- If you received an adoptable in trade, you may ONLY trade that adoptable for another adoptable or gift it away. Reselling is not applicable.
- If you received an adoptable as a gift, you may ONLY give that adoptable back to me or gift it to another individual. They may only be traded upon express consent given by me.
- You may edit directly on my artwork BUT you must save a copy of the original! Adopt must retain atleast 70% of it's original appearance should you choose to edit. Watermarks are fine!
- [color=white]If you do edit the adoptable, PLEASE GET THEM APPROVED BY ME. This includes edits listed above. ( Color tweaks, marking edits, changing of hairstyles, etc. )
- All of my adoptables are created genderless unless stated otherwise. You are free to change their gender as you wish upon purchase.
- You may NOT create twin or children to obtain a separate character or with the intention to sell them.
- Please credit me with the creation of the adoptable and as the artist of the adoptable!
- You may NOT create your own character out of my CLOSED SPECIES unless given express consent in the form of a MYO Event!
✖ Failure to abide by these Terms of Service may result in being blacklisted from further purchases from me in regards to adoptables and commissions. ✖
