Posted 13 years agoDoes it count as necrophilia if you have sex with a vampire? o.o
Awkward
Posted 14 years agoSooo. While i was cleaning out the rabbit pen completely, Chip was busy trying to mount and hump Hazel. He managed to get in a few good humps before i lifted him off her to try and get him to stop. Only. Chip was just about finished so as soon as i lifted him up, he spewed on my hand and Hazel's backside.
Lesson learned. Never interrupt bunny lovings.

Bunny Salad
Posted 14 years agoMy rabbits get a daily bowl full of romaine lettuce, Italian and curly parsley, cilantro, and dill. Every few days, i also add in a few raisins and a few slices of carrot to the mix.
Happy buns. <3

MOLESTATION!111
Posted 14 years agoSo. I was cleaning my rabbit pen and i slipped on a pillow case and fell on my stomach. My two rabbits decided to come out and investigate what happened. Chip decided to jump on my back and went straight to my ear, stuck his nose in it, sniffed and started licking inside my ear. While he did that, Hazel decided to crawl to me and start grooming my arm. I had a hard time controlling myself from laughing so hard.
THEY RABBIT PILED ME! <3 Seems they love me too. Silly buns.

Final Hazel Update
Posted 14 years agoHazel seems to be more or less back to normal. I bought this huge hay bale from a rabbit rescue so they seem to enjoy a more fresh selection. Switched from Timothy to Oat Hay. She is back to drinking water from her bottle, she uses her litterbox regularly, she moves around on her own, even eats her pellets.
Although she seems to be a little mad at me, she's back to her cute little self. Chip is up next to be fixed next month. MORE WORRYING to do. X_X

Hazel Update
Posted 14 years agoShe's moving around slowly but she's alert. At first, i was pretty worried about her, but she's managed to eat a few small pieces of carrot and cilantro and some oat hay, even drink water out of a bowl, so i am relieved. Hopefully her progress will continue to be positive. And in a few days, back to normal.
Yaaaay
Posted 14 years agoHazel is back home. She's mad at me, i think. But i did it for her future benefit. The vet says she's likely gonna end up sleeping the rest of the day but tomorrow, I am gonna get her to feed if she hasn't done so already. I already have Bene-Bac to give to her to keep her stomach happy.
Right now, she's sleeping. The vet already gave her some pain killers and she's had her maximum dose so giving her anymore wouldn't be a good idea. They said that if she experiences any additional pain after the second day, I can take her back there for an exam.
Next will be Chip. I feel so sorry for Hazel but she knows that I love her.

Eek.
Posted 14 years agoHazel's is now at the vet. Surgery should be around noon and they will call me at around 3:30pm to let me know how she is doing. And i go pick her up at around 4-5pm.
The vet is great and the staff is pretty friendly. Only. I am nervous as hell. I do hope it goes well without any complications. ._____.

Sexual Relief!
Posted 14 years agoSooo. On Tuesday, my female rabbit Hazel will be getting spayed by her vet. I want everything to go smoothly so I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for before and after the spay? Chip and Hazel both have separate pens they live in but it's connected so that they can smell and lick and bond without worry of intimate contact with each other.. just yet.
Chip will be neutered next month so. Advice or tips?

Posted 14 years agoYou never realize what a true companion a pet could be until you need one the most. Chip and Hazel, your company truly are cherished. You can be a pain sometimes but I wouldn't give you up for anyone. <3

Please tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute (How about 20 seconds) to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals' for free. This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. One click donates .6 bowls of food to animals. Imagine if you clicked more? Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.
