1) Please offer clear descriptions and references of the art you desire. I will ask about details I'm missing to complete the work, but you will receive your art faster the more you give me up front.

2) Ill behavior and disrespect will not be tolerated and will result in cancellation of your commission.

3) Payment is accepted through PayPal in USD. I request payment after your approval of a basic sketch, to which I will complete the artwork after payment is received.

4) Turnaround is generally 3 days or less. Factors that effect turnaround time are: Communication, Payment, Queue, Complexity of the piece. Queue will be kept updated on this channel.

5) WIPs are offered frequently for your approval throughout the process. Because of this, I do not offer changes after completion of the artwork. Please make sure for your sake and my own that you are truthful with your feedback.

6) You are the owner of your artwork and can do with it as you please, just do not remove my artist signature from the image. My artwork is intended for personal use only. For commercial work, we will discuss terms case-by-case.

7) If for any reason I need to cancel your commission after payment, you will receive a full refund. You will not receive a refund if you cancel your commission after payment is received. If a chargeback is filed against me, the rights to all work I have created for you is immediately redacted, I can resell the work to other buyers, you may no longer commission me, and you will be posted up on Artists Beware and other similar flag pages.
