Indeed! Writing fairly long stories in just a few days (when you do get to them) is impressive.

Communication was as ideal as could be, I think, and you seemed quite willing to discuss changes and such.

I'd suggest trying to be more receptive and active during the process. A lot of times, you seemed very neutral and detached despite your willingness to discuss, which can put people off.

3 It was done in a reasonable amount of time for me. It took a little while, but I had made it clear that I wasn't in a huge rush. He takes his time which is better than just pumping something out.

5. As for improvement...take your time a little, and reread a few times, so wording doesn't get jumbled. Otherwise no problem.

I am extremely happy with the result of my commission! The level of details was great, drawing attention to all the right parts of scenes and keeping the length of each one great.

I'd like to amend this review to say that the commissioner requested a change after the first WIP because of a reason that should have been disclosed at first.

God, absolutely fantastic work. I'm going to skip on the questions for this and instead speak my mind freely. This dork did a WONDERFUL job on my commission. He followed his trello schedule to the letter, so the comm started pretty much exactly when I expected it to, which took a lot of the anxiety out of it for me. While I'm more than certain I could have asked for changes and had them responded to, given how open he was to the few questions I asked, I didn't need to, as he absolutely neiled it (get it) on the first shot through. His work was surprisingly quick for a commission of this sort, verbose, nicely formatted, and overall I got exactly what I asked for, and exactly what I paid for.
Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back for more.

1) You added some very creative dialog and managed to find ways to explore the scenario in interesting ways without sticking stringently to key story beats. Some writers unfortunately have a 'matter of fact' writing style and don't experiment and have fun with it.
2) Yes, very positive. Appreciated knowing when work started and you were prepared to ask about things you weren't sure about and ideas throughout. No surprises here.
3) Given the word count it was very efficient.
4) Communication was great; Differences in time zones can't be helped, however despite that I got replies very quickly. I did make requests, namely when there was still room for more story given the remaining word count available and got answers I could make educated decisions with.
5) I wanted to think of something that can help both you and the commissioner; I recommend some additional transparency on how you respond to requests during the writing process; Like how many requests is too many, what your boundaries are, and last but not least how much time you are prepared to spend on a story before you resist additional requests. I feel this would help put less pressure on both the commissioner and yourself.

Absolutely amazing commission done quickly and phenomenally!

1) More than. I was incredibly happy with my story.
2) Everything went very smoothly. I didn't have any delays etc, so I can't comment on that, but I can honestly say that I was more than happy.
3) Speed of work was more than reasonable.
4) My story had a pretty decent outline to start with, but Neil was great at responding, updating and changing things as I needed.
5) I'll echo other people in here and say that things felt a little cold when it came to communication sometimes, but overall, that's more of a nitpick than anything else.

I'm not the best with words, hence why I commissioned Mzmm- and probably will again. And smarter folks have answered the sample questions better than I could so all I'll say is, I'm very happy with the commission I received. I wasn't certain about a lot of details to provide, but Mzmm was patient and offered a lot of suggestions that I was very happy to accept. I'll probably buy another commission.

Super happy with my commission, very well written, touched all the story points I asked for, and finished in the timeframe promised. Great communication through the process. Would happy recommend mZmm/Neil to anyone looking for a story.
