Terms of Service:
Payment:
♥ Done by PAYPAL. I usually accept USD but if you have another type of coin (like euros and Canadian dollars), please, convert to the USD price!
♥ Bank Transfers are only to Commissioners from my Country (Brazil).
♥ ALWAYS upfront.
The Client's rights and knowledge:
♥ ALL my commissions have my FA's nickname watermarked on them.
♥ You can ask me for a WIP of the commission at any time! But DO NOT rush me, please.
♥ You shall receive three types of the commissioned art: An Unwatermarked HQ (for cropping, editing, and wallpaper), Watermarked HQ (for the web that accepts this size) and fully watermarked and LQ (mostly for FA).
♥ You have the right to commission me for whatever you want! We will have to do an agreement if the Commission's objective is for Commercial purpose.
♥ You have my permission to repost your Commission where you want as long as there is credit towards me.
♥ You have the right to change the piece in the sketch stage, however, they are not possible in the final stage UNLESS the changes are very small. A small fee will be added if you wish for a design change in the final stage.
♥ You must be aware that I might use your commission for my portfolio or examples for future clients.
♥ I do not color commissions from other artists.
♥ If you wish for me to not post your commission, it's okay! Tell me so BEFOREHAND and I'll respect your choice.
♥ I DO accept commissions that include Characters from Animes, Games, and Cartoons!
♥ I DO accept commissions about Pairings that you have from Animes, Games, and Cartoons! Ask me first if it's okay the said pairing, since some pairings might be of underage characters, something that I do not do.
♥ I DO accept commissions about Pairings of your OC and a fictional Characters from Animes, Games, and Cartoons!
♥ To add another person's Character, you must have their permission first!
♥ IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER An NSFW PIECE FROM ME: I accept ONLY characters that are older than 18 years old. It also includes the appearance.
For Example, You have a loli (Cute Young girl) character that has more than 2 thousand years for whatever reason of her backstory, I won't accept it if she looks REALLY young. It will cause confusing and awkward situations on my TOS rules and my clients that are already used to my work. So please do understand my point.
I also require the buyer to be older than 18. I won't be asking you since I will believe with my full heart that you are an adult and enjoy art as much as I do.
♥ I have my right to refuse a commission IF:
- Uncomfortable kink (see below for more info);
- Character is stolen OR it is from another person and you don't have their permission;
- Unable to draw the commission even after training.
♥ I have a RESTRICTED time for working on my commissions. That is:
1.) Monday-Friday. 2PM 'til 8PM, 12 AM for lunch break, a few other breaks in the middle of the afternoon.
2.) I will NOT work on a day if I am feeling sick, unmotivated, stressed or depressed. My emotions DO inflict on my work.
3.) I might have to do a few things IRL like classes, going to events and stuff, so be patient when I am not replying to your notes.
4.) Saturday and Sunday are mostly my days off, I MIGHT make some exceptions, otherwise, your pieces will be done in the time I've stated before.
Refunds:
♥ You must be aware that I am from another country, Brazil.
♥ Refunds by PayPal is extremely difficult if we are from different countries (money convert), so for any other coin that is not BR-R$, I cannot Refund.
♥ What I CAN Draw:
1. Living Creatures: Furries, Anthros, Humans, hybrids, cyborgs (Half-machine), Reptiles, SOME kinds of body horror.
2. Undead/Dead Creatures: Ghosts, Zombies, Vampires, Ghouls, Draugers.
3. Artificial Creatures: Robots, Androids (Humanoid Robots), Mechas (extra fee for high Difficulty), Reploids (Megaman Series).
4. Mythical Creatures: Monsters, Dragons/Wyverns, Angels, Demons, Holy Characters (SFW only), Gods (SFW Only), Immortals/Heroes, D&D Characters and villains.
♥ What I WON'T Draw:
1. Dragon Ball, DBZ, and BDGT. I respect with all my mighty Akira Toriyama-sensei, and I do not want commissions about BDZ universe.
2. Too Fat or Obese Characters. No hard feelings, it's just that I am not used to drawing way too fat characters, but I can draw some chubbies. If your character is more overweighted, let's negociate to see if I can do your character's justice.
3. Any type of Hate Art. Art isn't meant to attack any type of religion, Race, and what-so-ever.
4. Disney Movie Characters. Don't ruin my childhood, please.
