I love the fursuit olympics, and please have them towards the start of the con as opposed to the end!
By the time the games were over, I had already had to have checked out of the hotel.
I disliked having to change out of my suit in the pool bathroom with no shower on the ride home, and I image other suitors feel the same!
I am also exhausted towards the end, haha :]

Box fort piques my imagination. Maybe pillow forts? A room full of seat cushions for building structures!

Oh! Actually... Maybe a macro-style stomping ground with little cardstock buildings that people can stomp around and take pictures in. That would be fun and kaiju-appropriate. :D

Perhaps hybridize pillowy structures and model-sized buildings- anyone know a good source of cheap foam building blocks?
