Wanted to get this out there
While it's likely not needed, I wanted to say thank you to everyone who's stuck by me over the years.
I've not been posting nearly as much as I used to, and slowing down made me realize I'd been focussing too much on "keeping up". Art became a chore, and lost its luster.
A constant fear of mine is losing what's been built. Be it connections, a "reputation" or "relevancy", a place in the fandom. All tied to how much I put out there within X number of days. This doesn't mean I want to give up drawing. At all. I just want it to be fun again. And right now, it's hard to even relax without thinking about "the next piece I gotta put out there to maintain this "standing.""
So yeah, I'll likely be even more sporadic with my uploads than I already have been. I feel I need more breathing room to reignite this creative spark, and see art as a hobby again instead of "more work".
Thanks for reading, sorry for the random vent. Y'all are awesome. ❤️

Do you need a hug?
If I hadn't given up drawing over 15 years ago I'd probably be doing so because I like seeing ideas or things that haven't been drawn yet. Sadly I gotta rely on my friends, money and my poor description skills to achieve this now.
You don't need to put unnecessary pressure on yourself.
Everybody here knows what an amazing Artist and Yeen you are!
Take all the time you need :3
Honestly, if you're in a position to keep art from becoming a business or transactional in any way --> then you're in a position to enjoy it. I'm glad you've found the balance you /need/ to make the art you want to, jumbo <3
I sometimes really hate doing commissions as my main job but its all i got so i got to keep up the rat race
As well as finding things that actually motivate you to draw (not for the sake of “popularity” or “keeping up”), like characters you want to draw or bring to life really helps. For me, this fattytober has helped me out of this slump.
I’m glad whenever I see you or your arts around. I hope we can chat more frequently if you’re up to it, but you should work at your own pace.
We love and care about you Dice! :3 *Big Fatty Coyotox Hug*
