This is new to me! I was able to make a payment to a website marked as "dangerous" (5KToys) on Norton Security without any hassle, but can't pay for a furry artists artwork... Fucking strange

It sounds to me like the problem is your card, nothing related to paypal boycotting furaffinity
Especially since it was able to use a different card. I’d checked to make sure your card hasn’t been suspended or flagged for suspicious activity. Sometimes online payments pop up as “suspicious”, but it normally has nothing to do with the website, its usually more often that you’ve made too many payments too quickly or something.

Thats abit silly.

If you are using your card alot online and go over a certain threshold, it starts to look suspicious like someone stole your card and is doing ALOT of charges.

And that's what makes Bitcoin so useful (unless you use the government-regulated way, lmao).
Anyways, I don't think PayPal would do something like that as it would essentially be asking for a lawsuit from FA (and possibly other sites).
