1. I would like to receive attention in response, so by leaving a request here you agree to upload the picture received from me to your gallery indicating my authorship. Accordingly, you are more likely to get my attention if you already run a gallery and have subscribers. I think that's fair.
2. I leave the format at my discretion. Most likely it will be a flat color or even with shadows. Here are examples.
