I made a lot of mistakes and I have to pay for them. I need to work a lot on myself and my mental health, as this has brought harm not only to me, but also to my clients. I am very grateful to my loved ones who helped me understand that even though I did bad things, I can still improve and become better, and not just hide in a corner and burn with shame
I have already written to many customers about the return of funds, and gradually began to return the money.
Please, if I still have not written to someone, send me a note and we will discuss everything with you.
I suggested three options:
1. Full refund. I will send the money received for adpots to customers who issued a refund.
2. "Coupons" for adopters. Simply put, you can use the amount I owe you when you buy an adopt.
3. I'm still ready to draw an order for you if you want it. I try to keep in touch with everyone who decides to stay with me.
