TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Payment Procedure:

⦁ Please send a DM via FA or Discord with the Commission Form filled out. (See Commission Form below.)
⦁ I will send a PayPal Invoice to the email address provided. (Payments are in USD.)
⦁ Your commission will be added to the queue and started only after full payment is received.
⦁ A reference image of some kind for a character is required.

2. General Rules:
⦁ I reserve the right to refuse any commission, edit or alteration. Commissioners have my permission to post their commission on any website for personal use but must credit me.
⦁ I can take private commissions, but I must be given notice prior to payment that the work is not to be shared online. (All other rules still apply to private work.)
⦁ You, the commissioner, do not have permission to edit any art you have received from me, or have another artist alter any of my work (See Copyright Policy). Only exception is cropping/resizing.
⦁ Commissioners may use their own commissioned pieces for personal uses only; You cannot profit from this work in any way, including using commissioned artwork for advertising or any commercial use.
⦁ I reserve the right to post your commission on any online platform at any time unless we have agreed that the commission is to remain private.
⦁ Regarding YCH auctions and other online auctions: Withdrawing your bid will result in a ban from any future auctions.
⦁ Each piece of artwork, from Sketches to Full Color, receive TWO (2) free minor edits. After those Two Edits, there will be an Edit Fee charged if the commissioner wishes to follow through. (This fee does not include if I forgot something that was clearly stated or shown. Pricing of the Edit Fee is on a case by case basis.)

3. Copyright Policy:
All of my work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
I retain the right to use the work for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, sales, promotional material, etc.. I also retain the right to recycle commissioned work to use as templates for other commissions and projects.

4. Refund Procedure:
In the (rare) case of a refund: refunds can only be given in full if a work has not been started. If a commission is partially worked on, I will keep payment equivalent to the amount of work done on the commission and refund the rest. This is judged based on hours spent working and on my set prices in my Commission Price Guide.

1. FA and/or Twitter Username
2. Are you 18 years of age or older? (Yes or No)
3. Do you agree to my TOS? (Yes or No)
4. PayPal Email
5. Type of commission and quantity (e.g.,1 colored headshot, 1 inked full-body, etc.)
6. Your idea (Be very detailed if you are looking for something specific or please indicate Artistic Freedom)
7. Reference images/photos

✔ Scenes depicting sexual activity
✔ Anthro, mythical or human
✔ Stickers
✔ Comics
✔ Any sexual orientation or gender identity
✔ Fanart (e.g., Neopets, Pokémon, etc.)
✔ BDSM

Won't Draw:
✖ Extreme violence or gore
✖ Feral
✖ Hard drug usage
✖ Fetishes considered to be "extreme" (e.g., inflation, fat-fetishism, vore, hyper, scat, etc.)
✖ Minor characters in sexual situations of any kind
✖ Contentious or political content
