[ Arcalis ]
Not a lot is known about this rather reclusive and enigmatic aquatic dragon. Named Arcalis, on land in bipedal form he stands about 6'4" (not including horns) and has a well-muscled physique. In the water, however, some witness accounts have described him as a much larger creature (reports of his size vary; the reliability of these accounts is questionable).
He draws strength and magical ability from water, and has full control over the movement of water. On land, his water abilities are diminished, and continue to decrease the longer he's away from water. He can breathe air readily on land, and can also breathe underwater through gills on the sides of his neck (often not visible, hidden beneath his white hair). Arcalis has webbed fingers and toes, as well as fins on his forearms, to help him swim with ease. Despite his very sharp teeth, a look typical of a carnivore, he has an omnivorous diet.
Those that have actually interacted with him describe him as a friendly but guarded creature. Use a cautious and non-threatening approach when encountering this dragon.
