	Prices ToS TERMS OF SERVICE ✧ °・General ・ ° ✧ ❤ By commissoning me, partaking in raffle or paying for YCH you agree to my ToS. ❤ If you are not agree to work on my terms - don't comission me. ❤ I have right to change or enlarge the ToS in future to improve my page. ❤ You have right to note me if you have questions consideting my ToS or to solve doubtful situations. ❤ I reserve right not to accept or cancel your comission without any explaination or reason. ❤ I reserve right to take any comissions and YCH anytime and finish them in any order. I do not accept critique considering this rule. ✧ °・ Rights ・ ° ✧ ❤ I have all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to UPLOAD, REPOST, DELETE, CHANGE, USE and SELL the created art without sharing the profit. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files, sketches/lines and other WIP stages of your commission on Boosty, BuyMeACoffee, art convetions, etc. ❤ My comissioners may UPLOAD the complete art in their galleries and REPOST it to any platform but only CREDITING ME as the author. They may also SAVE the art they've comissioned and USE fullsizes for personal purposes. ❤ I don't want my art from this page to be involved in NFT! Please mind this. Thank you. ✧ °・Ordering ・ ° ✧ ❤ The comissions of certain types are opening via Journals where you should comment to claim a slot. You can order them in notes as well or ask if any are availible right not. ❤ Slots are strictly limited, so first come - first served. ❤ YCH comissions are availible in my Gallery. ❤ You shall send your full comission description in notes. ❤ Please mind that my language level is mediocre. In that case 2D references are preferable than blank description. Thank you for understanding! ❤ You can ask me personally what I do and don't draw ✧ °・Art completion ・ ° ✧ ❤ Regular comissions will be done in 1-5 months. If the certain date of completion required, we could discuss it. Express arts could be preformed within a few weeks or days ignoring other deadlines but will cost extra. ❤ You can request just one WIP for approval: sketch, lineart or a flatcolor lineart on your choice. ❤ Usually I can't satisfy client's interest in their comission status personally since my time online on FA is limited. I am just doing my best to finish them all. ❤ If for some reason I miss the deadline - NOTE ME so we will fix your problem. After an art completion you will recieve a link to a fullsize of your art. I am not sending .PSD files. ❤ The fullsizes are uploaded on my GOOGLE DRIVE or Dropmefiles. Artistic freedoms, icons, speedpaints and sketches may go straight in my FA gallery since they are always smallsized. ❤ I DO corrections after the art completion! Don't be shy. Simply note me back if you need to fix some details. I won't bite. ❤ PLEASE SAVE YOUR COMISSION AFTER GETTING IT. Please mind that I clean the drive twice per year to save the space so there could be situations where I WON'T BE ABLE to send the art again.
