Terms of Service1. By commissioning me you agree to all the following terms listed below
2. You need permission from the original creator to use OCs that aren’t yours.
3. You have to be at least 16 years old to commission me (as per GDPR Germany)
a) You must be 18 years or older to commission NSFW artwork from me.
b) I am in no way responsible for customers who lie about their age.
4. Your personal information won’t be given to third parties in any way
5. I reserve the right to decline your commission without giving reason
6. The only method of payment I accept is Paypal
a) All prices are in USD.
b) Payment is due before I start working on the commission
c) I will send you an invoice over paypal, which needs to process successfully, before I start working
d) After payment is done, I will try to finish your commission to the best and fastest of my abilities.
7. In the case of either commissioner or artist wanting to cancel the commission preemptively, I will offer a refund, depending on the stage of the commission.
a) After agreed completion by both parties, I will not give any kinds of refunds
b) There will be no refunds on either auctions or adoptables.
8. I hold ownership of the commissioned artwork and reserve the right to display the artwork in my online galleries or use it in a portfolio.
a) You are allowed to upload the artwork to your online galleries as well and post it, under the condition that proper credit to me, the artist, is given.
b) Commissioned artwork will not be sold as prints, charms or merchandise unless discussed with the commissioner and/or character owner of the commission.
9. I will provide updates to the different stages of the commission. Sketching, corrections, line art, flat color and finished product.
a) Corrections to the outlines must be mentioned and made in the sketching process.
b) Revisions in the line art stage and further may lead to an extra charge.
c) After sending out a WIP, I will pause work on it until you give your approval.
d) Cost of revisions will be collected after completion of the commission and before providing the final High-Resolution files.
10. I won’t work on set deadlines, as I can’t guarantee a turnaround on specific dates, especially tight ones.
a) I will try to work on your commission as fast as my real life and other occupations allow it.
11. Upon completion of the commission (and payment of possible extra charges) agreed on both parties, I will provide you with your commissioned artwork either via e-mail or direct link.
a) Upon request I can provide a PNG file with transparent background.
12. You are not allowed to edit my art, unless I grant you permission to do so.
13. I reserve myself the right to update these conditions as needed to increase my and my customers protection.
a) Clarification on my ToS can be requested via personal message beforehand.

PreferencesPreferably I work with reference pictures over descriptions, even if it's only simple drawings or sketches.
Alternativly general reference pictures can be provided to guide the design in the right direction.
If non of that is possible I can work from description, but it might be harder to work through the commission.
