- Payment must be made via Paypal (invoice with facturation)
- All my price are in USD
- Payment needs to be made before starting the commission. I will start to work on the commission only when I have the payment.
- WIP of each step will be provided ( sketch , lineart flat color)
- No refund, unless I won't be able to finish/ continue working on your commision
- Price may vary depending of the complexity
-I send finished commissions via sta.sh link, but can send the file Via Email if asked
- I may take a month before I start the commissioner more since i have a life with my startup but i will keep you informed
- I have a queue list. Respect the order. If I say you are in third place, you are in third place. Don’t try to push to start your commission before.
- I will decline your order if I don’t feel comfortable with what you are looking for
-Always ask me before uploading my art on arts websites. i will be happy to answer

-I have rights to use all works in commercial way, repost, advertise etc. unless I'm informed before not to do it.
-Normally, I don't work on art during the weekends. It's my time off commissions.
- You're allowed to change the details in a sketch and lineart step. payable - After that, each modification will be facturated $5 . Bigger changes (in a coloring stage) will cost 30-50% of whole price, Unless i have forgotten a detail , this time the modification will be free
- ONLY commissioner/character owner can repost finished piece and asking is always appreciated but not obligatory.
-ALWAYS credit me
-You DON'T have any right to use my art in a commercial use

Adoptables and custom designs TOS:
- You get all rights to the character you bought. (if you buy a closed species, you get rights only to the design, not the whole species)
- Do not sell for more that you bought, unless it has additional art.
- You can redesign it as you wish unless it's a closed species design.
- Do not claim my art as your work.

-I don’t refund
- Do not make similar character if you buy an adopt which is my own species!!
-You'll lose rights to the character, won't get a refund and receive a permanent ban.
