Programa de Mentoria M2m, convocatòria 2023-2024

Once again, Club de Dones Politècniques organizes the Mentoria M2m program with the purpose of promoting the personal and professional development of UPC students and graduates in the academic and/or business fields.

How does it work?

The M2m program is structured around the joint work carried out by each M2m couple, made up of:

• M: the Mentor, woman who brings her expertise and who has developed a professional, academic or professional career in the fields of knowledge of the UPC..
• m: the mentee , female student of last credits of bachelor's, master's degree or industrial doctorate, but also graduate (up to a maximum of 4 years of experience).

The M2m program facilitates face-to-face and online meeting spaces, encouraging interaction between the participants and with participants from previous years, with the objectives of:

1. Promote the empowerment of students and graduates by working on their professional skills.
2. Take advantage of the experience of women who have already developed their careers; (role models).
3. Create connections among the participants: students, graduates, researchers, teachers, businesswomen and managers.

This year there are 35 places available.

Enrollment in the program follows three phases:

1. Registration: from 4 to 30 September 
2. Selection of participants: from 2 to 13 October
3. Communication of results: October 19 

Registration process

1. You must be registered in the Alumni community through the platform UPCAlumniMés 
2. Once accepted, you must access the platform and leave it open. 
3. Access the platform event 
4. Select the registration that interests you: If you want to be mentee or if you want to be a Mentor M2m
