Increasing Equitable Service Access and Employment Outcomes for All Jobseekers in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs
This guidance clarifies and compares the variety of training and other services available to states and local workforce areas under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) with the goal of improving training outcomes across all populations served, particularly those with barriers to employment and underserved populations. The guidance also addresses operational questions related to implementing certain types of training.
