Brace yourselves for "proper mad" fun as irrepressible and loveable south-London tearaway Lee "Nelsy" Nelson fronts his Well Good Show. He gets in among the studio audience to entertain them with cheeky banter, tales of mischief-making and all manner of daft games - assisted by his best friend, "fat legend" Omelette.
In between the studio-based chaos, Lee takes time out to introduce the audience to some of his favourite TV shows including: 110% Bent, a fly-on-the-wall documentary about preening footballer Jason Bent - one of the Premier League's brightest talents; Hospital Life, a behind-the-scenes look at one of Britain's worst performing NHS hospitals with bungling medic Dr Bob; and Faliraki Nights in which unhinged holiday rep Chris Young give Brits abroad the time of their lives in this bottom-of-the-barrel expose of the Faliraki holiday scene.
Back in the studio, audience members are put through their paces in various games (all with a Lee twist), and regular slot Old People Do Fun Stuff sees, well ... old people doing fun stuff.
There are Herculean tasks of humiliation set for Lee's best mate in Omelette's Peer Pressure Challenge, and Lee's Nan closes the show with her own inimitably awful interpretations of top chart bangers.
The show is a creation of critically-acclaimed character comedian Simon Brodkin. Lee Nelson's Well Good Show unleashes tales of mischief-making, dubious life lessons and general scallywaggery.
Highlights from the brand new series include: Jason Bent on Football Focus with Robbie Savage; games to put the audience through their paces such as 'You might get dumped at the end of this'; Dr. Bob hosting an impromptu medical student party as a woman goes into labour; and Lee's Nan's interpretations of top tunes from Missy Elliot to Swedish House Mafia. This new series will also see Lee Nelson go online after each show for live web chat with his fans through the show's BBC website.
