Connect with a recruiter for an initial recruiter screen to discuss role specifics and team specifics as well as gain insight into company culture. There will also be ample opportunities to ask questions about Cedar during this stage.
In this stage, you may experience technical assessments, case studies or other forms of assessment depending on the role and team you are applying for.
These interviews will either be on-site or virtual depending on your location. In final interviews, you can expect to have a values based interview and additional technical or cross-functional assessment depending on the role you are applying for. An internal debrief will take place after every interview to determine final steps.
Why Cedar
The idea for Cedar began after our co-founder encountered a remarkably bad medical billing experience that resulted in confusion, frustration and ultimately, disillusion.
