The Role

The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing all-inclusive medical care and community-based services. We serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model.

The Welbe Advocate Process Improvement Specialist will report to the Director of Service Excellence and is accountable for working closely with department leaders to document processes, identify process gaps, and make recommendations for improvement, often guiding teams through implementation of appropriate solutions. The Welbe Advocate Process Improvement Specialist must be comfortable with and consistently model multitask work dynamics while still being collaborative with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth’s core values, team culture, and mission.

Essential Job Duties:

· Serve as the overall process owner for the Welbe Advocate Hub, owning all the work processes, including the documentation of workflows, associated process manuals, and update or creation of policies and procedures as needed

· Document current state or new processes by creating workflows or process maps

· Work with teams by facilitating sessions or by conducting chair-side sessions as needed, to aid in developing and documenting new processes

· Work with process owners and existing data to identify business impact of gaps

· Review and develop policies, protocols and/or process manuals, and measure improvement for success and to identify more needed work

· Identify process metrics and a system of ongoing improvement in collaboration with program leadership

· Collaborate with the Training team to ensure implemented processes are a part of training, and to ensure all training resources are adequately updated

· Work closely with the Welbe Advocate Applications Specialist as needed when applications or configurations updates are required due to process implementation changes

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalency

· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, preferred

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading structured process improvement activities or working in a process improvement role, preferred

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in healthcare in an operations or quality role preferred.

· Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems, including experience using electronic medical records systems

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $67,829 - $81,395 / year Bonus Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
