Tamra Judge Gives an Update on Her Big Bear House Renovation: “For Those Asking…"
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member is showing off all the updates to her cozy mountain house in California.
Tamra Judge's Big Bear house has become a place for her to unwind and get into shenanigans with friends. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member has put so much time and effort into the home renovations in the vacation home that she shares with her husband, Eddie Judge, and she is so proud to show them off. Tamra took to her Instagram feed earlier this week, where she gave a new tour of the updated exterior.
In the video, Tamra can be seen talking to the camera, showing her Instagram followers the new changes that they have made to the home, which was previously a brick red color. "The house was just painted, took about three weeks, but it's pretty much done now," she said.
"I just love it up here, it's so relaxing."
Tamra Judge's latest improvements to the outdoor space at her Big Bear home
In addition to painting the exterior a gorgeous, deep green color, she also did some work to the deck. "The deck was just sanded and revarnished, like, kind of like my face," she joked. "Sanded and revarnished."
But the improvements to the home have not stopped. She revealed that they have even more furniture on the way to help decorate the outdoor space in addition to removing the bay window in their living room.
"We have new furniture that's going out here, there's gonna be a table there, we're gonna put an island with a barbecue and a cover on it, one that I found on Wayfair," she explained.
"Second home, first choice for unwinding," Tamra wrote in the caption of the post. "Big Bear vibes and endless relaxation."
Tamra Judge Reveals Plans to Move to Her Big Bear Home Full-Time
During RHOC Season 18, Episode 2, Tamra revealed that Eddie had been advocating for them to move to Big Bear full-time. But, she was unsure if this was the right plan for her. "Since CUT Fitness has closed, Eddie's long-term plan is to move to Big Bear full-time, but I don't know if I want to be a mountain woman," she admitted.
"I just go back and forth," she continued. "It is so nice to be in Orange County and have the fast-paced lifestyle and then go to Big Bear for a week and just be calm. I need both."
Tamra Judge Opens Up About Renovations to Big Bear Home
During a girl's trip to Big Bear in RHOC Season 18, Episode 6, Tamra opened up about the renovations that she and Eddie made to the inside of their Big Bear home. "I personally took off all the wallpaper throughout the house, we knocked down walls, ripped out the kitchen," she explained about the interior updates.
"We renovated the entire downstairs," she concluded.
