I would highly recommend her place for anyone looking to visit Mahe. Her place is very quiet (a little up the hill) with a very nice view of the mountains, and it is very peaceful for a getaway from city life in Victoria. She is ready to help if you need anything.

Can’t write enough good things about this place. Kenji was so helpful and pleasant. We booked an island tour with him instead of a huge company and couldn’t have been happier! He was very patient and showed us many parts of the island and was great company to share the experience. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone to book and would love to come back. They really treat you like family and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Amazing and huge apartament! Very clean! Wonderful hosts. Everything is taken care of during your trip to the old town. Only upon arrival was offered a ride to the store or elsewhere. The price for transfers is ridiculous considering the prices of local taxis. Very wonderful hosts. The view opens to the whole island of Mahe, so the location is really great!

The location was by far our favorite part. We had a car which we rented for such a good price from the owners who also came to talk to us personally and meet us, show us the fruit in the garden and clean and chop it for us to eat and gave us curry leave to use. So so personal. And Denise the manager was always there to help. Such a lovely woman. Bought fruit from the rasta next door who looks after the garden. Best coconuts so sweet. As I said we rented a car and drove about the whole island many times. Besides anse Solei beach which was magical the fairyland beach was lovely and the beach across from us so serine. Probably wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was going back

The host was friendly and hospitable. We could stay after the check out at swimming pool area and even take shower before flight which was late in the evening. Thank you so much! Captain’s Villa is situated just 40 metres from Anse Forbans beach on the Southeast coast of Mahe, between Anse Royale and Takamaka. Absolutely wonderful place, I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a peaceful and pleasant holiday. We had a room with terrace, very cozy, clean and comfortable, spacious bathroom. Great breakfast, local fruits are fantastic! Wonderful beach across the street, very nice local restaurant with delicious pan fried fish and coconut ice-cream, just a few steps from the Villa. There is also a small store with drinks nearby. At the Villa no mosquitos, but you can encounter them at the beach, so be prepared. We have seen a giant turtle in the neighbourhood! Cristine and Flo are extremely friendly and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!
