Freshwaterfarm Cottages - Muriwai in Waimauku provides adults-only accommodation with an open-air bath and a garden. With river views, this accommodation provides a patio. What a lovely peaceful little haven Jenny has created here in the winery district! It was so quiet and pretty, with a beautiful view. We came over from Australia for a wedding in one of the wineries nearby and I'm so glad I booked an extra couple of nights in Rosebud Cottage to chillax. I'd have been so sad to leave without waking up to that valley filled with birdsong more than once, and enjoying that spectacular bath on the verandah!

It was rural paradise, the chalets are well spaced for privacy, they are simple and well appointed with a feel of simple luxury. The view from the bed room and living room is really special! I was a bit ditzy about some of the information and the owners were super responsive and patient. It’s so unspoilt. There is a lovely beech in walking distance which was empty most of my stay. I could walk for about an hour without seeing anyone but locals, who were super friendly. The views are unbelievable! The range of bird life and wildlife is delightful, from bunnies, pheasants to green and red parrots flying in a pair. Their list of recommendations are spot on, from great places to eat to the best beaches to visit. A peaceful haven! There was a sauna but I just chilled and soaked up the views!

Situated in Bethells Beach in the Auckland Region region, Te Henga Hideaway has a patio. We had two wonderful days in this delightful little house. It is furnished with so much attention to detail and really has everything you could wish for. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the terrace with the breathtaking view was our absolute favourite spot. It was without doubt the most beautiful accommodation on our trip to New Zealand - a little paradise to feel at home in. Hans and Dagmar are warm and attentive hosts who made our stay perfect. We very much hope to return one day :)

Queens Drive is located in the Palm Beach district of Oneroa, 1.4 km from Little Oneroa Beach, 1.5 km from Little Palm Beach and 1.7 km from Palm Beach. Great homely house, with everything one could want. Great location, Well set up with lovely bush setting gardens. Dog allowed to stay too, and had a great time. Host very helpful and friendly. would highly recommend!!!

Ideally located in the Henderson district of Auckland, West Harbour Modern 4-Bedroom Retreat is set 16 km from Eden Park Stadium, 18 km from Aotea Centre and 18 km from Aotea Square. Really liked this property. Super modern and sleek had a nice living room space and was super spacious with great space in every room. Stayed here with my groomsmen the night before my wedding and it was the perfect sport being 20 mins away from our wedding venue and only 5 mins away from Westgate shopping centre. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a spacious place to stay.
