The hotel is only a year old (as of 2024), and is built within an old monastery. The other half of the L-shaped building is still a monastery, but it’s quite separate. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and that location is very quiet.

The communication was amazing. The host was very friendly and very accommodating even when we had major delays with our airline. Most impressive was the thoughtfulness of the house. There were more than enough cups, plates, utensils, bottle openers, lotions, shampoos, etc. Everything we needed or thought of was already taken care of. Even when I asked for an extra fan, the host had one in the room waiting for me. The location was amazing. A 5-10 min walk gets you to a bus or train station that takes you all over Venice. With tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops in a pretty little neighborhood, there’s no need for a car unless you’re traveling outside of Venice.

We were in transit, but the location was perfect for us. Clean, all the facilities in place, a little garden in front of the house. Thanks for everything!

Location is in the old centre and very near to al the sites. We did park our car in the parking garage just outside the old center a less then 10 minute walk. Check in is done remotely but very simple with good instructions by the host. Nice appartment with 2 ac's.

Nastanitev Ca' Olivo se nahaja približno 7,7 km od znamenitosti Mestre Ospedale Train Station in ponuja razgled na mesto, vrt ter teraso. This apartment looked much better than in the pictures and has three bedrooms, neatly designed living room and a spacious kitchen. It also has an outside area with lounge. Very close to the train station to take the train to Venice. Also there are nice restaurants in the area, few playgrounds (need to drive a bit). The host was welcoming and nice.

The location is good - you have a bus stop nearby (where you can find the bus that goes directly to Venice Piazzale Roma), shop and some nice pizzeria's/tratorria's that are open till 23PM
