Me and my familiy stayed in the 2-rooms apartment in the ground floor. It has entrance directly from the street, through the private balcony, where you have tables and chairs. The best thing about this property is its location. It is almost on the beach, in the city center, but not in the main street, which is very important for the resting at night. Parking places are around the apartment, even the host gave us her personal spot, so the parking was not a problem. Rooms are very comfortable, and they have ACs, which saved us, when the temperatures went above 35C. Kitchen has all necessary appliances (except microwave oven), even a washing machine. If you are not planning to cook a lot, it will be enough. I noticed that some of previous guests put dirty dishes between the clean ones, and I think that’s very rude to the host and future guests. Anyway, restaurants are very good and relatively cheap, so my recommendation is to spend a minimum time in the kitchen and to try local specialties. Overall, the accommodation was great, and the host was very pleasant and helpful, so I can realy recommend this apartment.

Me and my family liked the property and the whole area a lot. It was extremely calm and quiet place. It's a wonderful place to stay in the cool and easy to go to the beach in the summer. Also you miss the crowdy and too noisy resorts directly at the sea coast.

Everything - the best location you can choose, nice terrace, Nico was very helpful, close two bars with sunbeds on the beach - Sunset and Eldoris (both for consumption, beer 6-7€, Greek salad 10€). Beach nice, clean, with stones in the beginning, big waves only 2 days from 2 weeks, but you can go to Possidi town - there wasn’t waves in this time because it is in the other side.

If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
