The location is ideal—just 15 minutes from Europa Park and about 40 minutes to Colmar and Strasbourg. Plus, it’s very quiet, making it a perfect retreat. Highly recommend!

We booked two vacation apartments, for us and a couple of friends. We couldn't have asked for more: each couple received a large, spacious, clean, bright apartment, which has everything we need and even more. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two showers & toilets, a utility room, a large living room with a wonderful view of the green field, a large kitchen and a large dining area. In addition, there is a nice garden with a sitting area and a barbecue. Thomas, the owner of the house, received us kindly, explained to us about the facilities of the apartment, and gave us good tips for trips and restaurants in the area. Bottles of soft drinks, beer and wine were waiting for us in the fridge, free of charge. This is in addition to coffee products, spices, cleaning materials, toiletries, and more. The kitchen was equipped with everything we need: dinnerware, serving utensils, cooking utensils, coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, stove, toaster, fondue machine, egg maker and more. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space. The whole apartment is very pleasant and modern, the furniture is new and comfortable, the windows have electric shutters and also shading curtains. There are private parking spaces at the entrance to the apartments, and the neighborhood itself is very quiet and pleasant. The location of the apartments is excellent - a short driving distance from the main sites of the Black Forest, such as: Europa Park, Freiburg, Todenau slides, Lake Titizee. Nearby there are supermarkets and cosmetic chains, and there is a selection of good restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed every moment, next time we will come for a longer time.

The host was very thoughtful, the messages before our arrival tells quite some detail (was in German though, and we need some help from Google translator for communication); our flat has everything we need, including the utensils and basic materials for cooking (e.g. oil, vinegar, sugar, etc.). There was even some welcoming wine and chocolate on the table. <3 The flat was very cozy, the heaters were warm enough (adjustable), and the fireplace is a big plus to the atmosphere. We were really lucky that the flat was ready earlier and we were actually able to check in earlier. That saved us some trouble.

Ferienhaus Knodel er staðsett í Sachsenheim, 22 km frá lestarstöðinni Ludwigsburg, 27 km frá aðaljárnbrautarstöðinni í Heilbronn og 28 km frá Städtische Museen Heilbronn-söfnunum. we spent a week with friends during EURO2024, as a "base" for the Hungarian matches in Stuttgart. We enjoyed our stay, the location is a typically countryside accommodation, very quiet, a brook just very close to our terrace, picturesque place to visit. I would highly recommend not only to visit Stuttgart but there are other attractions nearby also, like Sinsheim Museum, Ludwigsburg, or the Black Forest.

First of all, the building and the suite were first rate - very modern, convenient and state of the art. Literally everything was exceptional. Christine, our host, was friendly, engaging and very helpful. Our unit had a small kitchenette that was efficiently arranged with top-of-the-line appliances (Bosch, Panasonic). It is possibly the most up to date suite I've had the pleasure to stay in and after seeing the unit and comparing the price, it was a rare find. Meeting such a nice person as our host was icing on the cake. We ordered breakfast that was delivered to the room. We were a little late getting back from a hike, but it was insulated and still hot and fresh. Location was next to a great hiking trail and in the middle of wine country - a quiet small town with lots of first-rate wineries.
